@@LochyP Yeah, technically it can work if there are cycles in the maze but the reason the 'left/right wall" trick works is you're guaranteed to (at worst) hit every intersection so you're guaranteed to eventually get to the end of the maze. But, if one of those intersections contains a cycle you'll always go in a circle and even if you decide to break out, you may end up back at the cycle.

Hugging the left of a maze won't avoid dead ends, but in a maze with one entrance and one exit of the typical style, there's essentially two halves of walls. By consistently following one side, you'll eventually wrap through to the exit. (There are, of course, exceptions to this. But I don't think that really matters when the Yogs are the folks doing the maze.)
The design of all the different mazes were so cool! I know this is supposed to be bargain bin Diversity but I think all the different puzzles have been really good!

Really loving the crowdsourcing the different challenges between the biggest brains among the yogscast strategy. While I'm more than nostalgic for a little big of brute force cheating, it is cool seeing these done mostly legit.
The left hug rule does work but with a few weird notes: if you come to a dead end, turn around and keep following the left hand rule (technically the rule if just to keep walking with either hand on a wall so "dead ends" don't really exist, it just means you're doing a 180 turn), it also only works for "simple mazes" (technical term, not just elitism lol) which are mazes where the walls are fully connected, if you have an island of walls that aren't connected to the rest of them the rule might not work

It only works on very simple mazes without loops
