Can't any flash machine do what u are doing if the timing is right .seems that u are relying on the foot device ..why can't I do what your machine does manually on flash..... So your machine is like a heat press also.. interesting.. I like quality over speed... Detail is everything.. It seems like a numbers game..if u are constantly doing high volume.your device would be great . I heat press all my screen printing jobs.so your machine is interesting if I did high volume..my biggest screen printing jobs have been 500 shirt 1 color and 375 hoodies front and back 4 color job. if most of my screen printing jobs are a few hundred..yes I see your machine saving time for someone like myself that does like giving that final heat press look....I use a manually press.. And I love doing manual screen printing.. Curious how 2 heat press machines would do against 1 of your machines....timing on flash .. Cause I could flash dry and then use heat press for a few seconds at a higher temperature for final cure.. I guess it depends on the material being used..
Flash machine provide only direct heat for curing inks. This provides heat+pressure to matte down fibers and flatten your print area while also giving a clean look to your cured print. In addition, it can also act as a heat press for pressing heat transfers like Supacolor!
INSPIRATIONAL. Met Jeff at ISS this year and he is the man! We love our Stampinator at the shop I work at. Great video.
