drop below your top 5 spices 🌿 hey besties!! did you miss me??👀 join me today as i design this fun branding for a premium spice brand!! i can’t wait to hear what you think 🧡
This a very unique brand, and I really love the concept of it being a premium brand but still attracr those who are new to cooking🔥🔥🔥 I did have one question and that os how you did that grain texture for the font at 6:54?
thank you!🤗 the base font already had grain in it so when i expanded the letters and ungrouped them, the grain turned out to be a separate shape that i could move around and therefore use on the new custom S and T i created!
@@viviana.graphicsVery awsome, and I'll definitely check out that font website you suggest to use for future projects, once again very awsome brand, been looking for a new brand design process video for a while. Thanks!!🔥🔥🔥😊
Loveee the illustrations and colour palette!! I do have a question! - let's say you did end up wanting a cut out for the bottle labels in the shape of your logomark, so that the spice actually does show through, how would you indicate this cut out in illustrator/for the printing company to know to cut it out? Is there a universal way to indicate this to suppliers? (Ex. Outlining the area and making the fill transparent or something?)
yay thanks!🤗 you know what? i actually did think about doing that when i was designing, but i ended up not doing it because it might have affected the legibility of some spices (like black pepper). but i agree, it would be very cool!! i don’t think i’ve ever had to do something like this for a client, but i’m assuming you’d just not fill that space and make sure the supplier knows. it may depend on the supplier too!
I'm in LOVE with this brand!! 😍 I do have a question though...in these cases, which are the brand colors? For example, let's say Aristae has 20 different spices and you use a different color for each spice. Does that mean that the brand will have 20 different brand colors + the olive green and beige base colors? Or only the olive green and the beige are the brand colors? I ask this because I've worked on passion projects, food related, and I always struggle when defining the brand's color palette because of all these flavors😅
hi!!! thank you first of all 🥹 when you have all these colours for the flavours, i think the actual brand colours should be very simple so in this case i think it would be the deep green, the beige and the olive green. but for example when it comes to posters or social media you can have fun with the rest too!!
@@viviana.graphics thanks 🙏 a tutorial on creating mockups and other processes you use for your designs in Photoshop? 🥹✨ thanks a lot! I really love your designs!
It's amazing 😍😍 I had a question and wanted to ask you on IG. Your color palette has soo many colors which can easily go with no of spice. I usually use 6 colors and came up with a problem. I currently working on cookie brand and my cookies have 6 flavors and i used 5 for 5 flavors and 1 color for background now the confusion is which 6th color should i use for 6th flavor😶
thank you!!✨ i think that with product based brands it’s very important to know all these details before starting to work on the project and create the palette around that. i recently had a client that needed 3 flavours and so from the beginning we established which colours we were gonna use for each one. so i think that you’re gonna have to add another color at this point, based on how you chose your colours for the other flavours 👀 for this project specifically, being a passion project, i didn’t really know how many flavours i was gonna do and which ones when i made the palette so that’s different. working with real clients requires a lot more planning in the beginning stages!!
thanks! that’s weird, i can hear it perfectly with a 20/30% volume on my laptop and the lowest volume on my phone 🫢 but i’ll try to keep that in mind next time!
