Any investigator expert or not that does not see the tire of John O’Keefe’s SUV move when Karen backs into it is incredible, also any investigator that is told two weeks prior that they were going to be asked about this video in a murder trial and does not review the video before court, even though they have not seen the video for one year is also incredible.
The officer in the end - first he says he doesn’t know if anyone took notes. Then say he took notes! Then says he write a checks and balances. Then says he wrote a report, after saying he did not write a report. The says he has no notes regarding that video viewing session. Oh my goodness. 😂😅.

Did I miss something? How is it possible he got sideswiped, twisted counter-clockwise and fell and hit the curb which is what caused the injury to the back of his head, yet somehow ended up 10 feet away from the road? Makes no sense to me. How do you hit your head on a curb and then from ground level end up travelling 10 feet on to the lawn with no bruising on your body?
Has anyone of the commonwealth side given their explanation to how the car was supposed to have hit John? This part is confusing to me,.. if she dropped him off on the street and didn’t go up the driveway, she just would’ve driven straight away.. if she drove up the driveway what’s the point would be to get him closest to the door of the house where he was going, even if she did a three point turn, how would it make sense that the passenger tail light come into contact with him? And wouldn’t then poor john be pushed forward in the direction of the house.. rather than backwards down by the street?

I just noticed something very important. When Karen backs out of her garage the RR tail light lights up the snow in red. So most of it if not all of it is in tact. How then did all those pieces get all over the yard?

Nobody has lied more than Karen! Let me remind you of a few of them: First, she said that she did not leave the waterfall restaurant with John O’Keefe because they had an argument, but that was a lie because John used Karen’s Bluetooth in her SUV to call Jen McCabe and ask for the house number at 34 Fairview, and then secondly Karen lied and said that she dropped John off at 34 Fairview and watched him walk in the house, but that was a lie because the people in the house were calling John asking when he was going to come into the house when Karen’s SUV was out front of the house & moved three times. And then thirdly she said that she broke her tail when she was backing out of John’s garage at 5 AM to go look for him, but that was a lie because John’s car had no damage and there were no broken tail light pieces around his car, as a matter of fact when she pulled away, You can see that her tail light was already broken.! And then fourthly she’s lied regarding this whole trial, saying that the cops are trying to frame her, but we know that’s a lie because three days ago a forensic specialist was able to read the computer from inside Karen’s black SUV and it told the story of what happened on the early morning of January 29 and if you didn’t have a chance to see that I’ll fill you in: Karen was parked out front of 34 Fairview, John O’Keefe exited the car and then Karen’s car pulled up a bit & then she put it in reverse at about 25 miles an hour and struck a pedestrian and that pedestrian was John O’Keefe! There’s the proof of what happened to John O’Keefe!! Of course let’s not forget about the cuts that were on John’s arm from the broken tail light when she backed into him (those cuts were not from a dog bite or scratch because a DNA specialist said there were no dog DNA in his cuts) …or the broken glass and the straw that was from the waterfall restaurant, or the fact that his sneaker and hat were found under the snow next to his body, and all of the red and clear plastic tail light pieces that were identified as being part of Karen’s black SUV! And after all of that evidence, people will still say that she’s innocent ,.. I think it’s hard for people to believe that a fairly attractive, white young woman who is well educated could commit such a crime but you need to remember that she had NINE Tito vodka cocktails in three hours and was most likely inebriated & if I were to guess, John & Karen had an argument when they left the waterfall just like they had been arguing since January 1 when she suspected him of cheating on her in Aruba!! Karen’s guilty and I hope that she is convicted to the fullest extent of the law!
At this point I don't know what happened that night but it stinks to high heaven. For all of you saying she backed up and hit him is not probable in my opinion. He was over 6 foot and had no injuries below the neck such as bruising, broken bones. His face was a punching bag as far as injuries. No jacket, no gloves found. Cop's never went in the house or asked to go inside the day of. Albert never came out when first responders including a big red fire engine showed up in the morning. Totally whacked! Proctor had her tried and convicted 18 hours into the investigation! Reasonable doubt all over the place! He would have had to have been kneeling and she would have had to have slammed him in the face. Just doesn't add up. Nothing does. This case stinks! Reasonable doubt. She walks! Corrupt cops. Proctor's a dirt bag!
I wish I could add a photo here. My brother got hit by a car and his face looked worse than John's. No injuries below the neck. Luckily he didn't die, but it's unfair to say a car couldn't do that to John's face. I've seen it. He was never wearing a jacket & gloves the whole night, so why would they find one? Even the defense agrees with that. Cops DID go into the house that morning. That was covered early in the trial. As for the Alberts not coming out -- there were NO sirens, only lights. And NO neighbors came outside either. So why is it crazy that the Alberts didn't wake up, but not crazy that the neighbors didn't either? I've slept through a fire alarm twice. Luckily I wasn't accused of murder. Proctor is scummy for his texts, but think about it - only one taillight was smashed (hers), he was told she said "I hit him", his cell data showed he never went in the house, and after the hospital she immediately went to his house, grabbed her stuff, left and never spoke to anyone in his family ever again, and told her friend(s) she wouldn't be able to. What else would you think? Of course the conspiracy theory never entered his mind. To the police, I'm sure it seemed like a completely explained situation. I understand they're supposed to still be more thorough, but come on. If you had the info they did, of course you'd assume she hit him and how would they ever dream that months later this wild conspiracy theory would come out and they would be wishing they had done things to be able to defend against a high powered defense team. And to me I don't believe he'd have to be kneeling, but let's be real, they were all drunk and it's not hard to believe he did stumble and fall, and then she backed into him. So maybe he WAS kneeling or sitting or laying. I do agree she'll probably walk, because there have been so many lies and untruths all over the internet in this case, I'm sure at least one of those jurors has fallen for it. But unfortunately in the meantime, John's parents are getting screamed at, harassed, and bullied, as are all the Alberts and McCabes including their relatives who were not even there that night, and including kids and the elderly. The whole thing has become a circus, and no one cares who gets hurt as long as their Queen Karen gets off. It's supposed to be about the VICTIM, but sadly no one gives an eff about him.

Yes, the video of her backing out of the driveway was roughly 5 am or so early Sat morn 1/29/22. Karen had dropped him off at the Alberts on Fairview Rd at approx. 12:10 am or so that same morning and of course, that's the last time she saw him.

This crash investigator seems fairly honest , unfortunately who can trust the mass. State police at this point ? I’m sure this guy did his research but it’s just a completely unbelievable story, a story in which his colleagues have set him up for failure. I venture it's happened to most people at one time or another, and your example supports that. Another example would be Karen backing into John's vehicle without causing any visible damage to HIS vehicle. The accident reconstruction expert seemed to be saying that if there was contact between the two vehicles, there would HAVE TO BE visible damage such as transfer of paint, a scratch, etc. on John's vehicle. Since there wasn't any paint transfer or scratches, his conclusion was that there could not have been any contact between the vehicles.

Karen's own father stated on national television that Karen told him that she backed up and felt she struck something. How the hell is a lawyer suppose to defend that statement alone when there's a human being laying unconscious on the ground where she backed out? If a driver tells you they backed up and felt they struck something on a dark road and there's a body laying on the ground where they were driving, then the odds of it not being that driver that hit the body must be 1 out of 100,000 at least. Maybe more? If there was a broken mailbox or a garbage barrel tipped over then that would certainly help her case. But, what was there to back into that made her feel that she struck something? You can clearly see the wheel move with the closeup video, and here the judge is saying she can't see it.. Jackson was all over that Trooper, did you hear the Troopers say he "saw the video on court TV" 😂
His chart is very selective... did she not stop reversing?? The chart does not show her stopping and going forward again... how far did she reverse - why is this data not included to prove the end of travel? We have to take his word for it? How many small fluctuations in speed are in the full key event on the slippery roads? The first chart showed a 3 point turn then missing 8 minutes until chart 2. ( I don't think he said if the vehicle was stationary or moved any distance ). I hope her lawyers obtained full data of the key event/s for analysis. While writing software to plot that data would not give any accurate location data. Would show turns into streets, etc. that could provide corrections .. but still not accurate enough to prove she hit him, nor time of event. What this guy can NOT do is swear the vehicle was at point X, nudged a curb, or hit anyone..nor the time. His testimony and data matching is based on what he was told happened, (get real!!) SUPPOSITION not fact. Sorry I was an analytical programmer/engineer. This guy drove me nuts. Could she have backed into him? Possible, but I do know that their charging her with murder has exposed many as liars, lacking any integrity, destroying evidence, obfuscation, morally corrupt and inept.. those things beyond all reasonable doubt. I'm interested in what the defense witness will say on this subject. If this is truly the case it will change future trials. People's search histories are used a lot now. at 04:18:20 74,5 pedal pressure (accelerator opening ration) but the rpm goes up 1000 rpm in those 0,5 sec but same pedal pressure = wheel spinning if you keep pedal at same place but the rpm goes up like 1000 rpm the wheel must be spinning you haven't pushed the pedal more down to the floor and if you look at the throttle opening ratio it increased but the pedal was at the same pressure 74,5 = wheel spinning that increases the speedometors reading to shoot up and the throttles open up more and rpm goes up can't open up more if not spinning if same pedal pressure ,pedal place like keeping it 25% from the bottom and the increasing speed every 0,5 sec was like 3mp but at one point it was from 12.4 to 21.1 over 8 mp then back down again indictive of wheel spinning because the the pedal wasn't pushed more down or up it was keep pretty much in same place and in 1 second the rpm went up 1600 rpm but the accelerator opening ( the pressure on the pedal) didn't increase means the wheel MUST have spun

KR’S TAILLIGHT HITTING JO’s SUV (BARELY A NUDGE / BUMPER TO BUMPER TOUCH): 1. When KR allegedly hit JO’s SUV (at 5:07 am) would have been at least 5 hours after she had her last drink, and (according to her) she had slept for a few hours, therefore she would have sobered up significantly. 2. For over two years KR knew the exact pattern of how to reverse out without hitting JO’s vehicle. What are the chances she would hit JO’s SUV on the same morning that JO’s body is discovered shortly after at Fairview Road and pieces of her taillight found around his body. 3. The Lexus has a 360 degree view when in reverse and a rear brake assist which alerts the driver and stops the vehicle from hitting another vehicle. 4. Bumpers were invented to prevent body to body contact of vehicles and the bumper protrudes out further than the taillight (nothing sticks out further than the bumper - where the bumper exists). 5. Via the ring-cam footage it appears: (a). She is looking in to her back up camera screen the entire time. (b). When KR backs up her left front wheel purposely turns to try and bump JO’s SUV (c). KR does not react in any way inside her SUV, nor does she get out of the vehicle to check the damage but remains completely normal and drives off, as if it hasn’t happened. (d). As she is seen driving away, there are no pieces of the taillight on the ground, nor any holes in the snow, where broken pieces would have fallen. (e). JO’s vehicle shows no damage. 6. KR did not mention hitting JO’s SUV to Jen McCabe or Kerry Roberts at the time. 7. Via ‘Boston 25 News’ on 8 August 2023 (on YT) - KR’s Parents interview whereby her father says shortly after JO was found she told him: (a). “Dad I think I struck something”. (b). “I remember backing up and hitting something”. 8. This is obviously referring to hitting JO and not his SUV, otherwise if she was referring to (allegedly) hitting his SUV she would have known and said that, and not said she hit “something”. 9. Therefore KR’s taillight could not have come into contact with JO’s SUV and even if she did hit JO’s SUV, it was barely a nudge and just a “bumper to bumper touch”.

If she was in a panic looking for John then she isn’t paying attention to how far back she was backing up in her driveway. You are complicating something that is very simple. Many times it’s just simple and not complex. Also magically the ring cam video from John’s house is missing after Proctor got access to it from John’s phone app which is extremely illegal let alone sketchy. You also need to explain why another officer from a totally different town said her taillight was only missing a small piece and the rest was intact. And at least another individual saw and stated this too and this was all before the car was taken to the Canton police station where they took have miraculously missing video footage. Seems convenient and sketchy.

All I can figure is that IF she did hit him (not saying she did) something else (like perhaps a plow) came along and possible flung him further on to the property. It's the only scenario that makes sense. But the CW hasn't explained that yet. There's no way he can fall on the curb and be tossed 10 feet from a resting position by her car. Something with more power would have had to help. Also, if she DID hit him and a plow DID send him onto the lawn, whose to say the plow wasn't the cause of death? And since there is no absolute proof that she hit him, no witnesses either, how do we even know that she hit him at all? Maybe she DID peel out of there in an angry 3 point turn but how do we know something else caused him to lay next to the curb (maybe not even an attack, maybe he was just so drunk he slipped and fell knocking himself out - we know the culture of that area and drinking excessively is a big part of it) and a plow came along later. A plow explains the arm lacerations better than a broken tail light does.

Any investigator expert or not that does not see the tire of John O’Keefe’s SUV move when Karen backs into it is incredible, also any investigator that is told two weeks prior that they were going to be asked about this video in a murder trial and does not review the video before court, even though they have not seen the video for one year is also incredible.

I just noticed something very important. When Karen backs out of her garage the RR tail light lights up the snow in red. So most of it if not all of it is in tact. How then did all those pieces get all over the yard?

First, she said that she did not leave the waterfall restaurant with John O’Keefe because they had an argument, but that was a lie because John used Karen’s Bluetooth in her SUV to call Jen McCabe and ask for the house number at 34 Fairview, and then secondly Karen lied and said that she dropped John off at 34 Fairview and watched him walk in the house, but that was a lie because the people in the house were calling John asking when he was going to come into the house when Karen’s SUV was out front of the house & moved three times.
And then thirdly she said that she broke her tail when she was backing out of John’s garage at 5 AM to go look for him, but that was a lie because John’s car had no damage and there were no broken tail light pieces around his car, as a matter of fact when she pulled away, You can see that her tail light was already broken.!
And then fourthly she’s lied regarding this whole trial, saying that the cops are trying to frame her, but we know that’s a lie because three days ago a forensic specialist was able to read the computer from inside Karen’s black SUV and it told the story of what happened on the early morning of January 29 and if you didn’t have a chance to see that
I’ll fill you in:
Karen was parked out front of 34 Fairview, John O’Keefe exited the car and then Karen’s car pulled up a bit & then she put it in reverse at about 25 miles an hour and struck a pedestrian and that pedestrian was John O’Keefe!
There’s the proof of what happened to John O’Keefe!!
Of course let’s not forget about the cuts that were on John’s arm from the broken tail light when she backed into him (those cuts were not from a dog bite or scratch because a DNA specialist said there were no dog DNA in his cuts)
…or the broken glass and the straw that was from the waterfall restaurant, or the fact that his sneaker and hat were found under the snow next to his body, and all of the red and clear plastic tail light pieces that were identified as being part of Karen’s black SUV!
And after all of that evidence, people will still say that she’s innocent ,..
I think it’s hard for people to believe that a fairly attractive, white young woman who is well educated could commit such a crime but you need to remember that she had NINE Tito vodka cocktails in three hours and was most likely inebriated & if I were to guess, John & Karen had an argument when they left the waterfall just like they had been arguing since January 1 when she suspected him of cheating on her in Aruba!!
Karen’s guilty and I hope that she is convicted to the fullest extent of the law!

At this point I don't know what happened that night but it stinks to high heaven. For all of you saying she backed up and hit him is not probable in my opinion. He was over 6 foot and had no injuries below the neck such as bruising, broken bones. His face was a punching bag as far as injuries. No jacket, no gloves found. Cop's never went in the house or asked to go inside the day of. Albert never came out when first responders including a big red fire engine showed up in the morning. Totally whacked! Proctor had her tried and convicted 18 hours into the investigation! Reasonable doubt all over the place! He would have had to have been kneeling and she would have had to have slammed him in the face. Just doesn't add up. Nothing does. This case stinks! Reasonable doubt. She walks! Corrupt cops. Proctor's a dirt bag!

I wish I could add a photo here. My brother got hit by a car and his face looked worse than John's. No injuries below the neck. Luckily he didn't die, but it's unfair to say a car couldn't do that to John's face. I've seen it. He was never wearing a jacket & gloves the whole night, so why would they find one? Even the defense agrees with that. Cops DID go into the house that morning. That was covered early in the trial. As for the Alberts not coming out -- there were NO sirens, only lights. And NO neighbors came outside either. So why is it crazy that the Alberts didn't wake up, but not crazy that the neighbors didn't either? I've slept through a fire alarm twice. Luckily I wasn't accused of murder. Proctor is scummy for his texts, but think about it - only one taillight was smashed (hers), he was told she said "I hit him", his cell data showed he never went in the house, and after the hospital she immediately went to his house, grabbed her stuff, left and never spoke to anyone in his family ever again, and told her friend(s) she wouldn't be able to. What else would you think? Of course the conspiracy theory never entered his mind. To the police, I'm sure it seemed like a completely explained situation. I understand they're supposed to still be more thorough, but come on. If you had the info they did, of course you'd assume she hit him and how would they ever dream that months later this wild conspiracy theory would come out and they would be wishing they had done things to be able to defend against a high powered defense team. And to me I don't believe he'd have to be kneeling, but let's be real, they were all drunk and it's not hard to believe he did stumble and fall, and then she backed into him. So maybe he WAS kneeling or sitting or laying. I do agree she'll probably walk, because there have been so many lies and untruths all over the internet in this case, I'm sure at least one of those jurors has fallen for it. But unfortunately in the meantime, John's parents are getting screamed at, harassed, and bullied, as are all the Alberts and McCabes including their relatives who were not even there that night, and including kids and the elderly. The whole thing has become a circus, and no one cares who gets hurt as long as their Queen Karen gets off. It's supposed to be about the VICTIM, but sadly no one gives an eff about him.

Yes, the video of her backing out of the driveway was roughly 5 am or so early Sat morn 1/29/22. Karen had dropped him off at the Alberts on Fairview Rd at approx. 12:10 am or so that same morning and of course, that's the last time she saw him.

I venture it's happened to most people at one time or another, and your example supports that. Another example would be Karen backing into John's vehicle without causing any visible damage to HIS vehicle.
The accident reconstruction expert seemed to be saying that if there was contact between the two vehicles, there would HAVE TO BE visible damage such as transfer of paint, a scratch, etc. on John's vehicle. Since there wasn't any paint transfer or scratches, his conclusion was that there could not have been any contact between the vehicles.

If a driver tells you they backed up and felt they struck something on a dark road and there's a body laying on the ground where they were driving, then the odds of it not being that driver that hit the body must be 1 out of 100,000 at least. Maybe more?

The defenses conspiracy theory reached a pinnacle of ridiculousness when Rocco, the young man who is supporting Karen's innocence, made the statement that the state cop investigating the crime crushed up the plastic from the tail light and sprinkled it on the Dead Man's clothing to frame Karen Read.
Obviously Mr. Rocco does not know the meaning of microscopic particles found on the clothing of the Dead victim. Rocco, microscopic means invisible to the naked eye and you cannot crush up something until it's invisible and then sprinkle this invisible material on anything because it's invisible ,duh.
This trial has been a media circus cooked up by Vinny and his court TV crew to create a long trial to make money and sell their sponsors products.
The least Court TV should do is give some of their millions to the brave witnesses who came forward to help solve a murder of a good cop and were crucified and vilified by the defense for too long

His chart is very selective... did she not stop reversing?? The chart does not show her stopping and going forward again... how far did she reverse - why is this data not included to prove the end of travel? We have to take his word for it? How many small fluctuations in speed are in the full key event on the slippery roads?
The first chart showed a 3 point turn then missing 8 minutes until chart 2. ( I don't think he said if the vehicle was stationary or moved any distance ).
I hope her lawyers obtained full data of the key event/s for analysis.
While writing software to plot that data would not give any accurate location data. Would show turns into streets, etc. that could provide corrections .. but still not accurate enough to prove she hit him, nor time of event.
What this guy can NOT do is swear the vehicle was at point X, nudged a curb, or hit anyone..nor the time. His testimony and data matching is based on what he was told happened, (get real!!) SUPPOSITION not fact.

I'm interested in what the defense witness will say on this subject. If this is truly the case it will change future trials. People's search histories are used a lot now. I think the specific time doesn't usually come into play as much, but it's ridiculous if tech can't really tell us when a search was made.

and if you look at the throttle opening ratio it increased but the pedal was at the same pressure 74,5 = wheel spinning that increases the speedometors reading to shoot up and the throttles open up more and rpm goes up

and the increasing speed every 0,5 sec was like 3mp but at one point it was from 12.4 to 21.1 over 8 mp then back down again indictive of wheel spinning because the the pedal wasn't pushed more down or up it was keep pretty much in same place

KR’S TAILLIGHT HITTING JO’s SUV (BARELY A NUDGE / BUMPER TO BUMPER TOUCH):
1. When KR allegedly hit JO’s SUV (at 5:07 am) would have been at least 5 hours after she had her last drink, and (according to her) she had slept for a few hours, therefore she would have sobered up significantly.
2. For over two years KR knew the exact pattern of how to reverse out without hitting JO’s vehicle. What are the chances she would hit JO’s SUV on the same morning that JO’s body is discovered shortly after at Fairview Road and pieces of her taillight found around his body.
3. The Lexus has a 360 degree view when in reverse and a rear brake assist which alerts the driver and stops the vehicle from hitting another vehicle.
4. Bumpers were invented to prevent body to body contact of vehicles and the bumper protrudes out further than the taillight (nothing sticks out further than the bumper - where the bumper exists).
5. Via the ring-cam footage it appears:
(a). She is looking in to her back up camera screen the entire time.
(b). When KR backs up her left front wheel purposely turns to try and bump JO’s SUV
(c). KR does not react in any way inside her SUV, nor does she get out of the vehicle to check the damage but remains completely normal and drives off, as if it hasn’t happened.
(d). As she is seen driving away, there are no pieces of the taillight on the ground, nor any holes in the snow, where broken pieces would have fallen.
(e). JO’s vehicle shows no damage.
6. KR did not mention hitting JO’s SUV to Jen McCabe or Kerry Roberts at the time.
7. Via ‘Boston 25 News’ on 8 August 2023 (on YT) - KR’s Parents interview whereby her father says shortly after JO was found she told him:
(a). “Dad I think I struck something”.
(b). “I remember backing up and hitting something”.
8. This is obviously referring to hitting JO and not his SUV, otherwise if she was referring to (allegedly) hitting his SUV she would have known and said that, and not said she hit “something”.
9. Therefore KR’s taillight could not have come into contact with JO’s SUV and even if she did hit JO’s SUV, it was barely a nudge and just a “bumper to bumper touch”.
Boom! In a nutshell
She was drunk or most likely just sobering up. The car she hit was covered in snow. I don't see how you can think this was done on purpose.

If she was in a panic looking for John then she isn’t paying attention to how far back she was backing up in her driveway. You are complicating something that is very simple. Many times it’s just simple and not complex. Also magically the ring cam video from John’s house is missing after Proctor got access to it from John’s phone app which is extremely illegal let alone sketchy. You also need to explain why another officer from a totally different town said her taillight was only missing a small piece and the rest was intact. And at least another individual saw and stated this too and this was all before the car was taken to the Canton police station where they took have miraculously missing video footage. Seems convenient and sketchy.

All I can figure is that IF she did hit him (not saying she did) something else (like perhaps a plow) came along and possible flung him further on to the property. It's the only scenario that makes sense. But the CW hasn't explained that yet. There's no way he can fall on the curb and be tossed 10 feet from a resting position by her car. Something with more power would have had to help. Also, if she DID hit him and a plow DID send him onto the lawn, whose to say the plow wasn't the cause of death? And since there is no absolute proof that she hit him, no witnesses either, how do we even know that she hit him at all? Maybe she DID peel out of there in an angry 3 point turn but how do we know something else caused him to lay next to the curb (maybe not even an attack, maybe he was just so drunk he slipped and fell knocking himself out - we know the culture of that area and drinking excessively is a big part of it) and a plow came along later. A plow explains the arm lacerations better than a broken tail light does.
