  • This Dynam Me262 Bitgo Hobby build took 3 hours and my initial thought was, armed with a bottle of foam tac anyone can follow these Dynam directions and get the job done. I found the directions on this model to be better than all the other Dynams to date. The kit contained all needed parts and then a few extra. Decals were very nice in this kit as well. I did found the canopy warped slightly and adding extra magnets is necessary. Also the edf unit that rubbed was easy to straighten out with a bit of sandpaper. The retracts functioned as I would expect. Nose weight of almost 6oz on this model is needed. The 5000 4s hrb 50 could be upsized and that would cut down on the extra needed weight. Enjoy the build. Its pretty straight forward.

For sure. I show u in next Sunday’s vid on the maiden. I had to add 6oz of nose weight to achieve book cg. If you have a bigger battery use it instead. Carve out the foam. That’s always better than adding weight. I just didn’t have any other 4s packs

What do you mean “minwax” your planes

Great question. To protect the paint and give the planes a clear coat finish we use WATER based minwax polycrylic. It comes in a can you foam brush on 5-6 coats or spray can 7-8 coats. Lightly each coat. Matte for war birds and gloss for fancy planes. Catch my new AL37 build series coming up over the next 3 weeks and you will see it
