    Thanks for this delicious video... With making Risotto i just use the right amount of stock and dont touch it till the rice is cooked. The outcome is the same :)

      We use pecorino. Salty and savoury without being too strong a cheesy flavour.

    Please stop saying that you cook away the alchol. You dont.
    Its loads of alchol left even if you cook that for a hour.
    There are studies done on this.

    Nah,don't agree with this method. I would saute the veggies separately,apart from the onion,because they cook super fast and will be soggy by the time the rice is cooked,add it together with the peas.
