Thanks for this delicious video... With making Risotto i just use the right amount of stock and dont touch it till the rice is cooked. The outcome is the same :)

Nah,don't agree with this method. I would saute the veggies separately,apart from the onion,because they cook super fast and will be soggy by the time the rice is cooked,add it together with the peas.
