I did 12's today but will do 15's my next time not only was this strength but cardio as well! Thanks for all your hard work!You help keep this 70 year old granny fit! Congratulations on the 100k! Well deserved. I didnt realize the 100sec finisher in this one was meant to finish me off! I pushed too hard on the EMOM (always do) and had little left for it. Been doing your workouts for a bit over a year now and absolutely love them. Thanks for all you do and best wishes for the new year!
Your beginner calisthenics workout has been a lifesaver for me. I am on Long Term Disability, and have an injured spine and right shoulder. The only problem I'm having is that I can't do much with my right arm due to my shoulder - so push ups, barbells, etc... are nearly impossible. Other than that, it is really helping!
Most new programs will see strength improvements within 2-3 weeks and visual changes 4-6 weeks. This will depend on frequency, lifestyle outside of training and nutrition.
Mr.peto can you make a specific routine of stretching for prostate patients.BTW on your calisthenics series and pls more workout programs on yt for free sir.

Glad to hear they are helping. Try some of my standing dumbbell workouts also. There is a playlist of them as I think they might work well for you.

Can you lose weight by doing this same routine every day? On a omad?
Yes definitely, but you still need to be in a kcal deficit (consume less kcal than you expend)

@TomPetoTraining or can you tell me what the meal consists of?, cause I get headaches a lot of I dnt eat a certain smount
