    Thanks, Tom! An excellent workout as always. I had to adapt it to using my kettlebell, but it wasn't difficult thanks to all I've learned with you all these months.

      It would basically be the same training but with a reduced kcal intake and being more conscious to get 8-10k steps a day done on top of these workouts
