Ayr it feels almost like a copy of some parts of link to the past, and I'm not to saddened by this. It's been awhile since I've seen a really good zeldd game
It also wonderful that it is local co-op i am overjoyed when i saw what they were planning, it so good that the developers has team17 support.

I honestly prefer that over watching him get stuck and bang his head against a wall for 10 minutes because he was so stubborn about wanting to save himself 5 seconds of reading, haha.

Holy crap, I just saw this in my recommended, and when I clicked on it I heard a familiar voice. I checked the channel name and it was splattercatgaming! I remember when this channel was only at 60k subs! Wow life has changed so much since then, and I'm glad to see that you're still following your passion and that you've grown so much since then! @Brad1156 It's like listening to a western movie, and in the middle someone in theater stand up and say "Oh Wow ! They ride a horse in this movie too ! They stole the idea from xyz TV show I enjoyed 2 years ago." and later "Oh ! the red skin people with bows ! this was also in xyz ! Not that i complain because i love xyz" and again "Oh this kind of city was also in xyz, they really took inspiration from that TV show a lot!" ... and so on....

I usually don't comment but I have to congratulate devs for making a game with interesting mechanics that most people expect and are disappointed to find everyone just copy-paste someone's else ideas. You did something interesting because you put together more, even though it makes the development harder. I believe it will pay off. I'm definitely wishlisting.
Neat little game, definitely has that old school Zelda vibe goin on.
I am also the explorer type rpg player. I would search every corner of the map in every game. I would level grind for hours. It drove my brother crazy.
I'd love you too make a quick vid just mentioning the games you still think about years/months later despite playing so many others. I think that's valuable from someone who plays so many.

I've always let dragonflies land on me, and I've never, not once, been bitten.
Apparently, the giant-sized versions potentially could bite through human skin, if they wanted to, but it very rarely actually happens. They don't really have any innate interest in - or fear for - us.
6:20 - I like to assume they are powered by underground rivers. Just a big water wheel somewhere turning and pushing the spikes up and down.
Dragonflies can obviously bite, since thats how they catch prey, but save for the largest species their jaws aren't strong enough to break the skin. even the biggest dragonflies out there can barely draw blood, if that. A dragonfly isn't going to bite a human though, it'll just fly away if threatened. You'd probably have to put forth a lot of effort to force one to bite a person.

This is actually dope. Most games like this suck, but this one seems different.
Dragonflies only eat meat. They may also sting and bite. The thing is they are normally both so good at flying and smart enough as a bug. If it can avoid humans it will. Because biting or stringing will just lead to it dying or hurting a wing. So when they can it's stupidly rare to have them do so.
Dragonflies are harmless. One of the few insects I like.

Pretty sure dragonflies don't bite, BUT they do eat mosquitoes and for that they get a pass.
Dragonflies can bite, however they only do so if provoked, they are awesome to have around though since they do eat other insects, Mosquitoes, as well as Gnats, Hornets, and Wasps, to name a few.
Dragonflies totally can bite. I used to volunteer at a nature center where I taught a dragonfly catching class. Like the person above said, they won't bite unless provoked, but also, it honestly doesn't hurt. You can feel it but it almost feels like it's gumming you, and feels more weird than uncomfortable, and it's definitely not painful or going to break skin.

@@FieraMyst Thanks for the heads up. I've been around tons of them out in the field but since someone told me that they kill mosquitoes I just don't provoke them. :)

I played the demo during the steam summer festival and I fell in love. Wish listed it already, waiting for full release.
It's moments like "Did he really just psychotically run up on a mammal and try to slay it with a knife? That was a mid video decision to please the dog demographic." That I wonder how the hell you don't have 5 million subs, minimum.

I game is great! Zelda with updated core mechanics and online coop, what more could you want?
The spikes and such are powered by the hydraulic action of you stepping on pressure pads that cover the floor. I've lay awake at night pondering the same question.

Not only do dragon flies NOT 'bite' or 'sting', they eat mosquitoes. They are one of the good guys.

Fun fact, dragonflies are carnivorous and eat other insects so, of corse they have a jaw which means they can indeed bite, though they are unlikely to bite humans do to the fact that 1.We aren’t on the menu, and 2.They don’t want to get swatted.

The answer to wether or not dragon flys bite is.... Well is a living thing with emotions so basically it will generally only bit you if you piss it off since we as humans aren't their general meal....but yes it hurts ALOT getting bitten since they take a literal chunk of flesh when they bite. 😭

I'm with you when it comes to teleportation. If you make a copy of yourself that copy has its own separate consciousness. Said copy will have all your memories and everything else and it will be utterly convinced that it is you but from your point of view it's not you. The big brain scientists do reckon they can rebuild the original you by using quantum entanglement but how will people know it actually got the original you there and not just a perfect copy who thinks it's you. No thanks. It will make for an interesting movie though...

there are 40 skeletons with spears under the holes and they all thrust upward at the same time. thats how the spike traps work. duh.
