@@Zerocyxone9yup, this is a perfect case of having the Perfect ROLE player on a successful team. A lot of athletes don’t realize , once you leave certain playing pockets to become your own star, you don’t realize until the last minute that you’ll have to work 3x as hard to even look like the same person from previous.

He was playing easy mode on warriors while hard mode now. His skill level isn't there and also, he has no motivation lmao. Look at his teammate, Kuzma. Went from playing with Lebron and winning a chip. His career didnt fall apart and he went from the true 3rd or 4th option to the 1. This is entirely a mental issue. Dude forgot how to play like Fultz forgot how to shoot. They are just weak willed, pathetic men.

I have actually seen this before, I'll give you an example Patrick McCaw, Patrick McCaw used to come Off the Bench for Stephen Curry. He did that for 2 years, then he went to the Toronto Raptors and was an expensive seat average 7 claps a game still got a ring because Kawhi Leonard. He has nothing to show for it afterwards, half of the problem was he was thinking that he could do better without Golden State. The problem players have, is the Stephen Curry effect! Stephen Curry pays attention to detail, so much that when he sees something of his teammates that could be fixed for better efficiency. He fixes it with them, he goes to the line and shows them how to do it. Stephen Curry has the ability to speak excellence into his teammates and that elevates their game. They have that confidence it has nothing to do with Draymond Green in the punch. However I would like to say that I don't think it was just Draymond Green, having an issue with Jordan Poole. I think it was actually the whole team but Draymond Green doesn't have the ability to hold back. In a way that would allow nonsense to continue, he's more of a tick Tick boom kind of guy. Jordan pool has amazing athletic ability but he is mentally not mature enough to handle pressure without a veteran leadership. Having four veterans including Andre Iguodala, allows the young player to be grounded. He went to the Wizards there's not many veterans there. something really unique that Klay Thompson said he said during he and Stephen Curry's Three-Point Contest in Japan he said that before the contest Jordan Poole had a lot to say so they all had a 3-point shootout Klay Thompson said it was good to Humble Jordan pool😂 they did not record it for the United States to see but there is a recording of the Three-Point Contest between Klay Thompson Jordan Poole and Stephen Curry Stephen Curry had 26 Klay Thompson had 25 and Jordan pool had 17

Most people will never understand Poole because they don't understand the mind of a champion and a super intelligent, self- confident, spiritually mature young man playing on a team with no structure, no order, and no winning strategies. People do not have the capacity to understand a young player like Poole with wisdom beyond his years who not only likes to win but knows how to win regular season and championship games!

I'm sorry you might not have caught my sarcasm- in my view JPoole plays each game like it's the NBA All-Star game = no defense, no real hustle, try to show out for your brand and get yours, and who cares who wins.
But I respect your passion and your point of view, and I'm sure JP is a truly nice guy (as he tries to make sure everyone knows) and is very talented, and he still has plenty of time to mature- but as someone who has watched and played basketball a lot of years there are things that trouble me about where the young man focuses his energies, and where he thinks it's ok to skip making an effort... *for his team*.

When he'd come in halfway through the first for the Ws, it was a burst of scoring that could help put teams to bed by halftime. W's overpaid him then sent his contract to the dumbest team in the league who happily paid.

Jordan Poole please PLEASE tell the NBA to kiss your a__, THEN sue the living heck out of the NBA, the Warriors organization and MOST importantly Draymond Green. Sue the NBA for 50 million, Warriors for 50 million and Draymond Green for 100 million. NOT only did Draymond assault you BUT, he went around essentially gloating about it AS the Golden State Warriors and the NBA did NOTHING to punish Green or mitigate the constant "ridicule" you have been the subject of for darn near 3 years NOW. To add insult to injury the NBA has "sided" with Draymond Green allowing him to strutt around like a proud peacock, like he is the injured party. Jordan, your misery at the hands of Draymond, hasn't let up. It is STAYS fresh "everyday" BECAUSE pundits and Internet trolls WILL NOT let it go. Jordan, gave it up. The NBA, the Golden State Warriors have/ had ZER intentions of protecting you. THEY gleefully let you down, in favor of Draymond Green. They have made you the butt of jokes and constant merciless negative critiquing. Don't let Draymond Green's criminal, petty, mean actions ruin ANYMORE of your Peace of mind. Don't let hateful nasty Draymond Green and the NBA do to you WHAT they and LeBron James DID to Delonte West. Get out NOW. AND Jordan, the videos and written word is sooo extensive "out there" that will PROVE your case. Jordan you have to know your case would be a "slam dunk". No puns intended. In the mean time DON'T let ANYBODY from LeBron James' orbit or Draymond Green's orbit ANYWHERE around you. NOT even Steph Curry. You know how he NOW likes to "love up on" LeBron James. And NOBODY from the Warriors' organization.

Jordan Poole was not wanted by the players on the Wizards team nor by the coaches. The wizards and coaches do not want to win games. They just want to shoot , keep their stats up, and keep their jobs. To do this, coaches, Kuzma, Avdija, Davis, Jones, and Kispert do not want Poole to outshine them. So, they keep Poole playing off the ball and running around the court!
Poole focuses on working on himself, improving his basketball skills, and maximizing the opportunities to play his game when they come to him, assist the other players, get rebounds, and make shots when he gets the ball on a team that enjoys losing games. He helps the new players adjust to finding their NBA identity and adjust to playing in the NBA. As usual, the UA-cam podcasters enjoy criticizing and putting down Poole to get likes and increase subscribers, not caring they are giving out false information on Poole!
When the time comes Poole will join the right team for him or the Wizards will start building a team that compliments Poole's talents, gifts, skills, and players who want to win games, become champions,
and win divisional and national championships! Poole will be ready when these opportunities come to Poole, and they will! But Poole will not allow basketball wannabes control him and force him to play low level 80s and 90s basketball styles! Poole is a NBA pioneer new era player! He moves at a slower pace on teams that do not want to change and accept the new way to play basketball like the Timberwolves, Thunder, Celtics, and Lakers who are playing with a mix of veteran and younger players on the team focused on to winning games !

i don’t think jordan wanted to drive the bus immediately but i think he knew that since he could not get over the punch, it was him or draymond. and even more than that, he knew they were gonna choose draymond. so i saw the 2022-2023 season as him just trying so desperately to convince golden state to choose him and not dray. but come on. any person who knows ball understands how invaluable draymond is to golden state and there was absolutely no way they were gonna let him go for a guard who CAN score but is an absolute negative on defense, especially with the abundance of guards with the same skillset in the league. it was an unfortunate situation for him, truly. but at the end of the day, the team takes precedence and i like where golden state is at right now.
obviously jordan expected to get the keys to golden state once steph retires, and he definitely was being groomed to do so. again, it was a me or him situation, but golden state still betrayed him and discarded him to the wizards. if i was him and i saw everything that was mine and will be mine get taken away like that, i would have been in a horrible place mentally as well. sure he has a $128 million contract, but the love for the game isn’t there anymore and it shows. but i don’t blame him one but. as his former fan though, it would be great to see him overcome this hurdle.

I think men need responsibility to be grounded and successful sometimes.
