  • I bought this early 70's Belarus tractor that had been sitting for almost a decade. Join me as we bring it back from the scrap pile and put it back to work. I originally thought it was a 250 because of the hood that came on the tractor but after doing some research I believe it it the older T25A1 model.

    We have the same tractor at home. My grandfather bought it new and now we have it drive it and love it.

      It's a great machine, and it's strong for it's size!

    What is interesting about this model belarus is it does not have a reverse in low first gear but does in all other gears. Great simple tractors.

    This tractor is actually Vladimirec, it’s made in Russia , 25hp, they never brake down and also the real Belarus MTZ tractors are absolute bulletproof tractors! I have one they’re quite cheap and will outlast any American, European or Japanese gimmick tractors.

      Thanks for the info! So far the machine has been pretty sturdy. Unfortunately it was abused and abandoned but it's been a good machine so far.

    Back in the 90s I worked for a tractor company that sold Kubota and Belarus.... you can't get anything any farther apart on the spectrum than Kubota and Belarus! I never could figure out how to run those turd tractors from Belarus. The dealer would sell one, the guy would get halfway around the field mowing & the axle would break in half on it and then it would sit for 8 months waiting for parts. I HATED them and refused to sell them!

    Cleaned up really nice. Can't believe that all you had to do was put a battery 🔋 in to get it started. I think you have a good tractor 🚜.

      Thanks! After a full service and a good fuel system cleaning, I got a great little machine for little money!

      Great tip. Thank you. Once the weather warms up I'll be doing a full service! And I'll look into the oil for the pump.

      There is a drain plug on the injector pump i think it 7 75 oz of 30w non detergent. You fill it from the top of the injection pump it pours in real slow.

    Hello. A job well done. The original name of this device is T 25 Vladimirec, Belarus is only a trademark.

    You probably had a lil air leak in fuel for it to bleed down . Put a lil gear oil in the fuel for the sulphur to keep your seals conditioned. I got to tear into the brakes on mine

      I actually had a crack in the banjo fitting of one of the fuel lines! I replaced it and it starts like a dream now! I will have to look into the gear oil trick!

    Също веднъж годишно се сваля капака на торбината за охлаждане и се почистват цилиндрите да не прегрява

    What color code did you use

      @redneckkev  2 роки тому +1

      This was International red that was leftover from another project. Probably from tractor supply
