The actual meditation starts at 2:38 and ends at 1:14:07 the other parts it's the preparation/instructions and some extra advice related to it.

@@Marvintheexplorer Ohhh you're right! Thank you for noticing. It seemed a bit long but I was in a rush that day because of work and a user had asked for it, so I did it during some breaks but I wasn't expecting repeated parts in the main recording and somehow missed it 🤦♀

Hi, yes, it's twice. I didn't noticed when editing out of the transmission 🙏
@@TheHigherSelfTalks I honestly like the fact that it plays twice! I fall asleep listening to this all the time now and I feel like having it play twice doubles the effect. 🤷♀️
