@@Acuproacademy eg lung 1 is said to connect to the spleen and the stomach. an emotional responsibility of the lungs is for pressure relief, although i don't know what the positive emotional responsibilities of the stomach and the spleen are although there's obvious diagrams telling you what their negative responsibilities are. These three organs used together are going to provide the energy to have a person feel what they want to feel when they experience some emotion, say laughter, for a certain situation that makes them laugh, and the organs, to me, are also going to be designed in a way where they also contain the information of the rules the person has in order to give themselves permission to laugh. Although I'm not asking for the last part, I am asking for what the positive emotional roles are because I've experienced them to be Really useful for use on myself especially when amplified with a tuning fork! Eg making my system provide enough laughter for no reason for a basic meme to over ride the pain of really annoying bites on my legs!! Feels tremendously distractingly good!!

I'm back here again after a month of leaving my comments below and I just wanted to say thank you again for this lecture. It makes a lot more sense now that I have finished 8 of the 14 meridians and acupoints. I have a big clinical exam coming up this week and I have been reviewing the 8 meridians, it made me come back here to review your concise and in-depth lectures again. Thank you, Clara.
Good Sunday morning, I just came across your video. I've been aware of certain points along the wrist... example Lung 9. Infact I found if I gently massage the lung 9 point directly on the pulse of the left wrist it brings instant relaxation.
