Trying to find the right practitioner to help me get to the bottoms of this! I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling but tcm doesn’t work that way, we need to do a full tcm diagnosis with tongue & pulse in order to come up with the perfect points 🌷 Also the right diet plays a huge role in healing ❤️🩹 I would recommend you go see a qualified practitioner in your area to guide you 🙏

It's going around the diaphragm that's why most of the people feel pain there after sudden exercise or something n liver qi stagnation protocol helps them?

Please purchase an external shotgun mic, they are inexpensive and it will dramatically improve the sound quality of your videos.
