Years ago I watched Martha Stewart's show. One episode she said to store your garden tools in a metal garbage can with sand in it. Now this would need to be kept dry. Also she recommended sharpening the tools too. Who knew so much maintenance is required?!?
Hi Shannon, i came back here to thank you for showing how Bar Keeper’s Friend cleans up my garden shears!! The blades were rusty. They also wouldn’t open/close easily.
I cleaned up most of the rust on the blades. I am going to mix up some BKF and use a small brush to get out some more.
Then I put some silicone spray on the bolt.
The shears aren’t perfect, but they are MUCH better.

I use Bar Keepers Friend all the time. ❤🎉❤🎉. I am amazed at what it does. It removes lime build up too! Around sink faucets and bath faucets. Crazy good stuff. I get it both powder and in liquid form. It’s a winner in my book! 😊

A slurry is used in cooking. A slurry is a mix of water and cornstarch, and it thickens gravy and sauces. Going to try this product.

Spray the coffee pot with Dawn Powerwash let sit a minute and rinse. The stains wipe right out!

I only recently learned about the spray and am wondering if it's any good.
I definitely have more respect for rhubarb --- here it's relegated to the freezer for rhubarb sauce, bars or pie. Now I know it can be so much more! Don't you just love science?!
