      how do u get the music samples that are supposed to reflect how it sounds on the earbuds? and to me it doesn't sound like it has much bass and sounds a bit harsh. do u have music sample for sennheiser momentum as well? do u think sennheiser's sound is richer, fuller, wider?
      how would u compare these to the lypertek tevi or the sabbat e12?

    • @BrianUnboxed
      @BrianUnboxed  4 роки тому

      It won’t give you the exact sound as if you have them on, nothing will replace that. But gives you a sample, and you can take it for what it is worth. I mentioned how I think it compares to e12 and lypertek in the video....

    Great review! When giving your assessments on the sound quality, was it the stock sound or after applying your own personal HearID signature? As I have some hearing loss between 4kHz and 8kHz (lots of stereo speakers/TWS earbuds sound a bit dull to me as a result), these might just provide the missing acoustic pieces to give me a much better balanced sound signature. Frankly, I don’t know why all makers of TWS earbuds don’t offer this feature. Ingenious! Kinda like the Neuraphones (though I’ve never tried them-they’re ugly! 😜). Thanks again! Oh, based on one of your reviewer’s comments, I think I’ll wait to see if Anker releases an update to correct a noted hissing issue.

    • @BrianUnboxed
      @BrianUnboxed  4 роки тому +1

      So, I tried the hearID and toggled through the presets. At least for me I didn’t find a significant difference with my personal analysis (hearID) when it was completed. I just used the default presets to make my opinion. I do agree with you though that it is a neat feature to have.

    • @dannymcneal
      @dannymcneal 4 роки тому

      Brian Unboxed - I would think that the more accurate one’s hearing already is (I.e., younger person versus older person), fewer EQ adjustments would be made. With my hearing loss between 4kHz and 8kHz, HearID, in theory, would provide boost in that range, giving me a much richer listening experience.

    Hi Brian! I think you’re great at what you’re doing and I absoultuely love your videos! Just wanted to ask about pairing the Liberty 2 Pro with the IPhone 11. Got mine today. Did the $99 preorder. Initial impressions are very positive. Solid build quality. Good fit and lightweight. I wore them all afternoon and had no fatigue.
    They sound really good. I did the sound test thing and could hear the difference Ethernet that and the delivered sound options. I hope a future update allows more time grain EQ control as I find the bass to be a little boomy. It’s not terrible, but could be better.
    The highs are nice without being overly sharp. Mids are forward and bass is slightly boomy. Overall they sound really good and are worth the price. I think they sound better than the Galaxy Buds they replaced. Galaxy Buds were lost somewhere. Let me know if you find them.
    I haven’t tested the call quality yet, but for music listening these are a on point.

      I currently own two pair of the Oluv-edition EarFun Free TWS earbuds. And while the sound is excellent most of the time, no matter what size ear tips I use, they eventually work themselves loose, which also means that I’m losing the rich bass because the seal is constantly being compromised. Looking in the mirror, the EarFun Frees appear to stick out of my ears quite a bit, but not NEARLY as much as the Bose SoundSport Frees-which I owned for less than two weeks and returned to Best Buy (though the sound was excellent), not because they stuck out so much, but because they were painful after an hour or so. When I look at Brian wearing the Liberty 2 Pros, while they consume his outer ear cavity, they actually seem to hug his ear pretty well, and don’t appear to stick out much...I like that look.

      based on Brian Unboxed's music samples of Sabbat E12 Ultra, Lypertek TEVI, and Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro, I would have to say the Liberty 2 Pro sounded way better in the music samples (with my speaker). If only he had music samples for the Sony and the Sennheiser as well.

    do u notice any background hiss/static noise that many ppl have been reporting about?

    • @ashishbitm
      @ashishbitm 4 роки тому

      At last somebody reported the same . I emailed them and they said they are going to fix it is new version (4 week) . That is just a bummer . static is even more in low volume

    • @Viewer13128
      @Viewer13128 4 роки тому

      @@ashishbitm on the bright side, aside from the static, i am pretty sure these earbuds have the real deal sound quality. even in these music samples (which i know aren't accurate reflections), I can hear it is way better than the tevi and e12 ultra. i asked someone with the tevi to confirm the crackling i heard in the sample and they did confirm it, so i'm impressed with the liberty 2 pro. based on other ppl who have the liberty 2 pro, the sound is comparable to the top end TWS, or even better.
      i'd say the best sounding earbuds right now are the sennheiser momentum, the liberty 2 pro, and the kz e10. all 3 have issues atm though, but soundcore claims only 1% is affected and that they have found the solution, so for now liberty 2 pro has the slight edge.
      if kz e10 fixes their issues, i'd want to get 1 pair of liberty 2 pro and 1 pair of kz e10. sennheiser doesnt seem like they will ever fix the battery drain issue despite their promise.

      Yes, I own this earbuds, when you start playing music, it will have a little bit hiss sound, but it will not be noticeable when your volume is above 40 percent, when you pause the music, the hiss sound will disappear.

      I sent back Soundcore Librerty Pro 2 in favour of the Lypertek Tevi. Tevi has more audiophile sound and better cancels noise. Soundcore sound is bad with middletones. Bass and highs are too strong for me.
