It is true because I remember seeing those different animations for copying and deleting PS2 save files when I was a kid, a preadolescent, and even an adolescent (since I was born in 1994). Those were the nostalgia days! 😌
Uhh... how I used to love those stuff.... My favorite icon ever is the one for "Jak X", with Daxter waving his hands as like he's holding a steering wheel.
Those white squares you have built up on the startup screen disappear. You get a square for every disc you put in and particular squares stack the more you use a particular disc.
The "Your System Configuration" is a cache file which it have an ini file (I guess) if you see it on a text editor from any device. It will shows some of Games ID which you have played on the console. Even if you try to delete it. It will come back when you booted up the console with a game in it.
I wish there was a website dedicated to showing anybody every PS2 memory card icon
I would support that.
Me too
it's true, there should be one
@@darinwolf3 that's amazing!
There's only 1 person on UA-cam who has every PlayStation 2 released in the United States.
The memory card save animations were the coolest thing I had ever seen back in the day. I wish current PlayStation still had these level of details.
to an extent PS3 was the last PS system to have animated save icons (examples are Super Rub a Dub and Portal 2)
The save icon I always found amusing on my memory cards was Red Dead Revolver because they chose the hat instead of revolvers
I still love those menu sounds. They always make me feel so calm and just at peace.
Even in the Lego Batman movie used it when Batman was in his theater room

Boy, I do like all the PS2 save icons, and I remember Vexx, and the other 3D platforming icons.

That was such a satisfying start.
These games really need a remaster for the PS4 and PS5.
