Thanks for a great video. I’ve been trying to figure out how to add crossbody tabs to a wristlet pattern, but I couldn’t quite get it right. With your video, I know exactly what I need to do. You explain everything so clearly! I’m so glad I found your UA-cam channel.
Once again a perfect tutorial. I really appreciate the fact the you never rush the steps of constructing and filming is so clear. I like that I can zoom in too for closer look using the hump jumper- clever little gadget. It's a good idea too to leave that extra length of d ring tab fabric. To he honest I may not have taken that into consideration before but will in the future. Thanks again, have a lovely Easter Weekend 😃
Hi again. Quick question about the Logi Pouch, normal size. I would like to add a wrist strap. Would it sit best in the box seam as per the Babi Logi? Thank you
You certainly could put it in that boxed seam but I think it may be better installed in the zipper seam for when you are carrying it, or even sewn directly to the main body of the bag. Are you doing a lined version or the single layer of vinyl?
I wish there was a way to reply with an image, I will do my best to explain! I think there are 4 reasonable options for attaching a d-ring to the Logi for the purposes of a wrist strap. The simplest would be your suggestion of the boxed corner like in the baby Logi. Another option would be a d-ring in the zipper seam, like this video, that I would suggest putting just past the curve on the top of the bag. A third option would be to sew a connector directly to the main exterior, that I would probably angle toward the corner. I do the d-rings this way in the Acacia tutorial, I would have to find the specific section if you wanted to do it like that and need the visual. And finally you could do a hidden d-ring connector in the same spot. I guess I should take your suggestion and make a wristlet add-on tutorial to the Logi series soon!
You must be a mind reader 🤣I was just wondering how to do this and now I know! Your tips are the best!!!👏👏👏
That is too funny!! Glad to be able to provide the info at just the right time. 😉
Your creations are Beautiful
Thank you so much 😊

@@OKSew474 Hi, I am using a lightweight vinyl therefore I'm going to using lining too.
