- Sonic Forces was bashed critically and by the fandom when it released, and while I first didn't like the game, my thoughts on it have changed recently. Check out what I have to say on the matter.

Precisely! And that’s how I prefer to live in general.
After going through all the threads of logic , I feel cheated.
If Knuckles is here and Angel Island is not , that means that Angel Island got destroyed.
And the Chaos Emeralds and Master Emerald are missing , meaning Chaos has them now.
I could have seen Infinite's monsters face off with Absolute Chaos , even fought them.
I love that scene where Classic Sonic saves Tails from Chaos. It shows just how much Tails can't function without Sonic, and just how much Tails needs Sonic, doesn't it?
That's quite a unique perspective you have on that scene. I wasn't offended by the scene myself, and I took the scene as that Tails was distraught that Sonic was gone. So it's only natural for him to act like that.

@@TheEternalSamurai I thought he looked so adorable when he saw Chaos and hid his face in his hands and shook like a leaf. 😢 It was lucky that Classic Sonic came to the poor little fox's rescue, wasn't it?🥲

I do have to agree with you on some of the dialogue. Some of it was a bit cheesy.😆(Especially the "I'm not weak" scene.😂)

THANK YOU I am Sorry but i am just so glad to see someone else Like this game Its a game I know its not the best sonic game but Its not worst then a lot of the "Bad" ones out there.
I like the Story. Could it be better? Yes but its a good story and i am always a Sucker for CaCs Putting myself in a Sonic Game is still so unreal
My only real problem is just how they added Classic Sonic in because Mana was so big and i just felt like mana was WAY to Overhype Its a Good game but i felt like most reviews made it out to be the "The Best Sonic Game Ever" But its not bad and Forces not only has fun gameplay and story but also has a Banging OST that i still jam out to every now and then
Like i said in my top 5 sonic video its a vary underrated game and its a good time :)
Mad respect there man! Forces to me now is not a bad game. It only seemed like it was bad because of how it was marketed and hyped up.
Take that all away, and it actually was legitimately fun to play.
Kinda makes me wonder if 06 had the same treatment.

Sonic Forces is a nice game. But I feel like ever since Sonic Heroes, Tails was rendered back to the personality of a child. Why did they do that? Cause in Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 it shows how much Tails has grown and managed to not give up.
Tail’s is still 8, or at least a little older then 8, maybe around 9 or 10 currently in the game’s.
Enjoyed the Avatar concept and - despite his faults - loved Infinite. Everything else? Eh...
Sonic Forces is as this point glue if it’s a dead horse.
I’ll have to disagree about Tails. Sure, Tails was distraught over the seeming death of Sonic but…this has happened before. In SA2, Tails thought Sonic was dead after Eggman launched him into space, and he didn’t just cower in fear and give up. He stood up for himself and tried to avenge Sonic. Granted, it wasn’t for as long as it was in Forces but the point is that in both situations, Tails thought Sonic was dead. Even in other 2010s games that Pontac and Graff wrote like Lost World, we’ve seen how Tails is able to get himself out of tough situations and that he doesn’t give up even if Sonic isn’t there to help. So to see Tails just cower over Chaos 0 despite going through much worse in the past is just inexcusable in my opinion.
That's a fair point you make there actually. I didn't think of that myself.
When I got to that point in Sonic Forces, my expectations dropped significantly for the game, so seeing Tails cower like that didn't phase me. That's more where I was coming from at least.
@@TheEternalSamurai Yeah, I getcha. While I personally didn’t have high expectations for the game, I’d at least hope that the writers put in some kind of effort to keep the characters consistent. Pontac and Graff did horribly with that in the past and a more serious story like Forces could’ve been their chance to turn that around and actually try, but they squandered it. Good thing that they’re gone and we’ve got Ian Flynn around. He actually has an understanding of and cares about the series and characters that the previous duo didn’t imo.
En mi humilde opinión sonic forces es un buen juego solo que la altas expectativas de los fanáticos y el marketing que dio sega hizo que el juego fuera decepcionante, muchas personas lo comparan con sonic colors diciendo que estan al mismo nivel incluso e oído a personas decir que es peor que colors pero no es cierto forces es mucho más bueno a nivel gráfico, tiene mas jugabilidades, más niveles, incluso tiene mayor historia que juegos como generations le pese a quien le pese, solo por las razones que di más la actual moda de (no se por que) odiar a sonic llegando a decir que 06 es mejor que forces, de verdad no entiendo.
I still don't like forces personally. Like it's not like there was one thing that ruined the game just multiple things I disliked coming together.
Even taking into account Tails thought Sonic was dead the fact he cowers in fear over choas 0 when he fought chaos 4 was annoying
Classic Sonic was just classic Sonic. Nothing reached the level of the classic games.
Modern Sonic levels did not have a lot of depth to them it just felt kinda bland

Hmm, glad you enjot it, but I still hate this game. I'll play it once in a while and there are definitely some good ideas here, the OC creator especially, but nah they put Zero effort into this game. They basically wrote a basic outline, and released it. Definitely one of if not the worst mainline sonic games, but hey, you enjoy it. Even I get some fun out of it on occasion. Still I hope Frontiers is NOTHING like this game. Lol
