Mopeds and scooters run fast through the red light in busy nyc streets could hit a woman or child. These scooters are getting away with violating traffic laws. They can easily swerve and get away making them hard to catch. That's also harming ife. I was meeting someone in Queens and saw a bicyclist run into a blonde woman's stomach. The Bangladesh guy was rushing to deliver something. He started apologizing after she was already comatose, I was shocked and did not want to see anymore, let the crowds do what they want to him surprised it was never covered in the news.

Those Shotgun sounding modified mufflers need to go. Just like how NYPD pulls you over for certain tints, the City needs to have the NYPD pull people over for those.

I don't like sporty car with jacked up mufflers that create stupid loud noise but if you happy to be driving next to one, how can you be sure you don't also get the ticket too. People who ran red lights or speeding 50 on a 25 road deserves those tickets but a little horn to alart the driver ahead of you to go since it's green light might get a ticket for loud noise. This is getting dangerous and out "freedom" is taking away. Another words, you can speed or light up the stereo if you got money but if you don't you going to be kept in check. American is losing it freedom. These private companies that approach the city on finding ways to get more money is sicking. They get 50% of all the tickets they issued out. Total corruption at its finest.

My block has extensive musical noise!!!! At all times. What gets in my craw is people that don’t live in my block but blast music and smoke pot but wouldn’t do it in front of their building but come to do it in front of mine!!
