Just a question - I just had my seller acct. ID and business documents approved however I still have to wait on the postcard to arrive with the code before I really have a working seller acct.? I just did not see any info on that gap in time. Great job - love your channel!
I am using the trial of Rev seller and Seller board. You stated you use quic books also? Can you do a video about Quick books and where we get all our info to place in Quick Books? Or do you have a CPA?

Hey Dennis! Thank you! I haven’t ever used it so I don’t know but I think they take a percentage of your money to use it? If you need the money fast I don’t see other than the fee that it could hurt but like I said, I never used it.

you should do a vid on how to pay your taxes and when on all this stuff. do you just put money into a account and pay it at end of year or do you pay it everytime you sell?

It depends on your printer but I move them around, rotate the paper and if its too far gone, trash the extra

Great video. Something that helps me with weighing scale is the bluetooth scale. Especially when u have a large box over the scale, the number gets transferred to my phone automatically. Just a suggestion :)

How would you suggest getting started on Amazon today? You have mentioned previously that you bought the (can't remember the name) "selling family guide" it's really expensive & it was written several years ago. Idk if it's updated? If you were starting today from scratch, knowing all that you know now would you still invest in it?
Hey Angela, I believe they updated it but you’re right it is much more expensive now. The think I always say is, all the videos are out there for free if you want to take the time to look through and find them. Some people learn better by having them more easily packaged and available. I’m working on a get started course but it’ll be out early next year. And I agree, it became so expensive now !
But I guess their is 2 ways to look at it, if you have lots of time in your hands, its all out there on the internet and Google is your friend. But the thing is, their is also a lot of none sense out there and you have to decipher it all and go by trial and error.
The other way to see it is as an investment, you get the info and you get it now and you get it right.
That's my 2 cents, I used the long way, when I started her guide wasn't out, but I wish it would have been lol

Well she lives in an RV...so she almost has to do FBA so she doesn't have to lug around merch

Hi Nikki, do you ever worry about getting suspended sourcing products doing retail arbitrage? What happens if you get an inauthentic claim and only have store receipts? Some people say Amazon may not accept them. What is your opinion / experience on this? Thanks
Hi James! Nope, I’ve gotten claims when I started, actually got shut down cause I didn’t know what I was doing, and I had a claim earlier this year and was able to handle them all with Amazon and my store receipts.
@@NikkiKirk that is reassuring thanks. What about receipts from somewhere like Marshall's where it doesn't clearly state the item name and just a category. Have you had any experience there?
If you read Amazon policies and do the Amazon University, you would see that OA is allowed by Amazon, as long as you follow the rules.
I got several claims over the years and Amazon always took my receipt no problems.
What's not allowed is a seller who will do drop ship directly from a retail store.

I change it in the shipment creation process yes. For FBM orders I don’t change it

Why would you not want to FBA/FBM an item that amazon is selling?
They are less likely to let you have the buy box. It does happen but for the most part I just steer clear of anything they’re listing
