Once you remove the surroundings, it's crystal clear and absolutely stunning. Perfect for a historical guide, photography, or even just inspiration for practically anything building based. Nice video man!

What did you do in the end? I love to see those vintage filters. Noticed you kinda liquified the middle in perspective to pop out, then also used field blur, vignette?

Great video for sure. But I wish everything was explained instead of just shown. The line tool is not even standard. I had to find it. Then as I used it I noticed that it as standard just draws lines. There is no noticeable way to combine these lines. But I paused the video and checked out the settings.
Another thing. Google Earth has graphic settings for 3D view. That may change the print quality?

why does it gotta be Tea, why not Coffee☕️ Tea=🇬🇧 But you are Amazing Pal like when people talk and discuss the details for others to Learn👍🏼

Well, it can be whatever drink you like. It just happens to be that I don't drink coffee and being British I naturally drifted towards tea )
Thank you, it means a lot to me. Well one of the reasons I started doing this was the lack of people who did stuff like this.

Looks a bit like the graphics from the old Commandos games. :)

I hope Google adds shaders on Google Earth, which will make it feel more realistic, and in different region, different shaders too.

Ugh I thought you found a way to make quick 3D buildings from the map with photoshop, not every country has 3D buildings on Google earth map or else it wouldve been a piece of cake...

Importing an 8bit image into a 16 bit PSD, but then not doing any 16bit worthy corrections might be overkill?

I know, and it's quite sad, HOWEVER, I DID say that it only works in some areas (usually big cities).
This WON'T work for everyone, but for those people, I have a solution!!!
So if you want to see it then stay tuned!

is it going to work on a small village?

    • @lets_architecture
      @lets_architecture  5 років тому

I'm afraid not. You see this feature only works in big cities like London, New York etc.

You have to understand that you are not saving more detail or info based on the output size saved, you are merely doing an interpolation of what you can see i.e. 72 dpi pic.
What happens is that more pixels are added and give a softer transition on edges, yet do not give you a sharper or more detailed image ok!
Try using this method instead... ua-cam.com/video/Bb0HnaYNUx4/v-deo.html
