    Sir. I doing yoga for few years.. Ofter my delivery .i have lot of weight. Now I start again yoga but one problem, my left side lower back is hurting. So suggest me plz Guruji I m request from karnatak. 🙏🙏🙏

    Muje bas ek hi question hai ki hame bhi ye same sequence me hi ye5 asana karne hai na ?? Pls reply as m doing this yoga pose every day. To me galat tarike se nahi karna chahti nd ise pehle2 forward bend karti hu.(balasana,shashankasana)
