This game is much more than a sonic game. Good voice acting and an actual STORY with fun gameplay elements spanned over multiple character? This gamr 10/10
It's so good, I had never actually played the first. It completely blew me away, so many awesome components that I've wanted in this type of game for a long time.

In so many ways I'm right with you. Everytime I buy a game, I almost feel bad knowing I may not even play it for months.
Looks fun. I enjoyed the first so will probably pick this up at some point when it's on sale
I can't speak on the first one, but typically "sonic type" games aren't really for me. But this one is different. I put the first one on my wishlist

Just to make sure about this game's Switch version. Are you sure there's any technical issues? From the recent footages of the Switch version, it has a bit longer loading times than any other versions. Are you sure that version has any optimization issues?
So it's hard for me to say, I'm guessing it has longer loading times, only because all switch games have longer loading times. But I can't compare to other versions because I only have access to the switch version. As far as the switch version the only thing I noticed was a couple times during a boss fight their was a slight lag, but it was brief it only happened during 2 boss fights. Like I said it was brief and didn't effect anything

Thanks for telling me about the Switch version's optimization. I think I made a right choice purchased the Switch version since yesterday. And a slight lag during the 2 boss fights? Which 2 bosses that caused a slight lag?
I try freedom planet 2 on my Xbox series x version is instant load pretty fast and it ran pretty good no issues so far same with ps5 version as well I highly recommend try next gen version
@@calvindaniels3367 Blame Nintendo for making the Switch 2 generations behind being 1080p instead of 4K. That's why the Switch port of popular games must sacrifice one thing to ensure that it's optimization should be as stable as possible. Besides, this isn't like the disaster of Bloodstained Ritual of the Night Switch or Minecraft Switch.
It just reminds me too much of Sonic and I'm definitely not a Sonic fan by any means. It's just too fast for what I like in my gaming. I'm more about looking around and taking in my surroundings, slowly advancing in a platform where I can stand on the edge of a drop off as long as I plz or grinding in a RPG.
I do have to give you credit for a great review though.

hey brother, you dont have to go fast lol you can slow things down and in fact it is actually helpful to do so a lot of the time with FP2

I don't because I review games so I'm always moving on to a different game and when I buy a game like xenoblade chronicles 3 or tears of the kingdom it can and has been taking me year/s to beat them lol. Also if your not hitting up sales you should definitely check out channels like goodtalkhq, there's so many great games that are like $5 or less.
