Another Weekend, Another Pot of Beef Boiling Greatness.
Today I’m making one of my favorite Pho combinations- tai (rare steak beef round eye), gan (beef tendon), sach (beef book tripe).
Follow along as I show you how I make another pot of Pho with a special place in my heart. This was one of my dad’s favorite combination when we would go out for pho.
