Hi and welcome to New Zealand. Myself and family emigrated from South Africa to NZ in the 1970's. Best decision my parents made

Hi Everyone
All the links are in the description box. Comment down below if you have used different websites.
Thanks a lot Cal for sharing this info. I want to relocate to New Zealand later this year and I have started the assessment from New Zealand shore as advised. Before the Visa application stage after finding the job, how much must i have cash wise. I want to set aside some funds for this.
Thanks a lot Cal.
Hi & Welcome to Life with Cal.
I am so glad that the video was helpful.
New Zealand Shores was amazing and I am glad that you managed to do the free assessment. Regarding costs: It depends from person to person or family to family. I’ll soon share a video regarding my experience. Cheers☕️
Thanks for uploading this video myself, wife and 5year old son really really want to relocate, but we are so lost and don't know where to start, I don't have much behind my name as in diploma's etc. mostly competent certificates to operate automotive manufacturing machinery. Any advice you can give me please. I would really appreciate it so much. We've lost now so many family members and there's nothing holding us back, our son's safety and future is the only thing that's important to us
Hi, thank you for your message. Your first step would be to do an assessment.
You can do the self assessment on the landing page of New Zealand Shores - it is free to do. Here is the link for you: www.newzealandshores.com/new-zealand-visa-eligibility-assessment/
@@LifeWithCal thank you so so much
Hello.. may i ask if it was expensive to use NZ shores? Was it worth the price?
More or less price to go through an agency?
Hi and Welcome! For us it was definitely worth it. You can ask them for a quote.
It all depends on you as a person/family. I know of many people that have done the application by themselves without an agent. It was just our preference. Cheers☕️
@@LifeWithCal thanks for the reply... more or less price you paid for that? I'm just crunching basic figures... also considering going over on a visitor's visa and looking for work...
Thank you for your message. It all depends on what you want them to assist you with. It really varies so the best thing would be to get a direct quote from them. I have been in NZ for nearly 2 years and pricing would be different now.
Seems every South African moving to New Zealand is starting a you tube channel!🤣🤣🤣
Thank you for your message. I hope the information is valuable and informative. It is such a big move to make and I’ve had so many questions myself before moving.
