careful cutting caffeine can give you headaches and general fatigue if you suddenly stop and withdrawal is normally about a week. After that, you will feel the difference.

In Ireland for our summer we recently had 9 degree weather 😅😅

Highly recommend slowly taking coffee out and only drinking it occasionally. Helped my anxiety so much
i'd suggest maybe trying green or black tea while you're weening yourself off! much less caffeine but enough to help with withdrawals as you quit
