    You lost me when you said the prime rib is very nice. We just got off the Ovation and, coming from cattle country in the Midwest USA, the prime rib was an embarrassment to the cow that gave its life to provide it. You never put brown gravy on prime rib, it was sliced garlic to thin, there was little to no seasoning ring and was just plane flavorless. Same with the NY Strip steak. That steak was what I expected from the $2.99 steak and eggs we use to get in Las Vegas.
