The jack pin, is used to transfer video signal from the decoder to the tv and the coaxial cable is to get you the signal from the antenna. So you can't replace with a different cable.

My signal strength and quality is 100% but the channels are not still working

Still check the antenna to get a well stable signal. It may show 100% even if the signal is weak. Without a stable a stable signal the channels will not show up after scanning. So please check the Antenna.
