She started in two cylinders,,,no more.....when she warms,,most of the clag attenuates,,,and some flames may occur,,,nothing important,,,is common in cold starts....i commented the flames in other pages....

Do you have similar diesels in Denmark? Or is it all electric engines?
There should be a fuel and oil heater system on these things to cut the clag but then we wouldn't have videos of cranky Alcos starting up
Poor thing started off OK, then the cold air from the turbo quenched four cylinders. It was essentially running on two.
