Back in the day my family would go to this campground in the Rockies for a week each summer. This place had an icecream shop, mini arcade, and pool. My brother and I spent countless quarters playing this game when it inevitably rained us out of hikes. Super nostalgia coming to my couch tonight.
I played the Genesis port with my Mom who was already in her 50s then. Bless her she was terrible at it but I have found memories of this and Zombies ate my Neighbors as the only 2 games they'd play with me.

Hmmm, as a kid, I always thought that the shotgun-users were top tier due to their spread and volleying up to 3 shots at a time. I guess little me didn't know much about rate-of-fire or long range accuracy. Oh well, Cormano for life!~
id like to know if they’re better in the arcade version due to the spread enabling setups that you can’t do with the pistol users. i know i found one for greedwell, and maybe another one idk. there’s unfortunately not a speedrunning scene for sunsetriders arcade tho

The most accurate way to play sunset riders
When I saw the thumbnail for a sunset riders and the runners were wearing cowboy outfits I knew we were in for a heck of a good time!
I used to play the SNES port of this game with my dad, it was one of his favorite games. Great seeing it at GDQ.

Its a question of DPS as well as some of the quick kills cant be done such as with richard rose as well as the smith brothers
