Want to note in the comments here that the record that was set in this exhibition was further lowered a few days latter to a 27:05. I'll try beating my unrecorded 26:49 sometime in the future.
i'd been working on trying to get a setup that would have as little issues as possible with submitting and running. it looks like i might need to tweak it just a bit but the powerbook seems to be more reliable than the mac mini.
What amuses me is that, although this is a WR, there's obviously "room" for improvement. Although, it's more a skill and patience ceiling than anything. Great work TB.
@@__xid__ i think if you have the music file in the directory it will play the tracks but this game already has enough sounds going on that it would have made my auditory processing go bad.

JD was so supportive and encouraging during these runs, what a pal.
Just found out that a remastered version of this game is coming out later this year, so I can't wait to try it out!
Nice to see a Macintosh run, very cool.

Thanks JD Puppy - I was able to use this video to get the speed running achievement on the Nightdive remaster
I'm about to try this. Came here to study the video too.
I recently played through the game again. I'm so excited for Killing Time: Resurrected. This was a truly amazing speedrun thank you for doing it.
The Madlibs bit was so good lmao. Congrats on the run!

So close to WR! Whoa that looked so hard to control. Great run
I was wrong about the WR at the time. On SRC it was 30:20, so this run was officially WR.
It is WR, he retimed it. It's never easy for GDQ to get the timing right given it's someone else who starts the timer.
to think that, if he had avoided his deaths it would have been an easy WR
The run was a WR by 1 sec, it turned out. I lowered substantially with a (gopro) recorded WR in the practice room a few days after this run.
@@tbcr sweet! Keep up the amazing runs, best of luck with the new records and attempts!
Bummer there's no music, it's killing in that game. Killing time
