i'ts not like she's speeding 20mph in the car lane, if you are on a bike lane you dont really need a helmet, almost no one, apart from road cyclist, wears it in Europe

Best way to get around nyc is on a (e)bike. Faster than walking, but you’re still able to take in the view unlike in a car.
