- I decided to express my terrifying moments of sleep paralysis with this music.
Many people suffer from different sleep paralysis. A woman sitting on their chest and pushing their head and making them unable to breath, Some one entering their room and crawling on bed and the they are unable to move their body except for their eye balls.. or levitation where people feel that their soul is lifting out of their body or they wake up from bed and they could see their body on bed..
Mine is the second one.. I hate it and now i am afraid of sleeping alone..

I suffer from this. I think I'm awake but I'm not, I can't control what happens. I wake up then fall back asleep over and over every morning. at night falling asleep is hard too cuz I feel like I'm falling then jerk awake.
Sleep paralysis is worse than a normal nightmare.
