I suffer from sleep paralysis and experience it once or twice a week, this is incredibly accurate aside from the fact that it’s always red lighting(at least for me) and the figures aren’t even always human, but just semi human shaped and their like misty shadows, sound and touch is also a big part of it, I’ve felt actual pain during one of these, and the sounds are gut wrenching

Watching this after finding out about sleep paralysis, I realise that I am infrequently affected by this. Although before when this happened, I was convinced my house was haunted and it was nothing to do with my head. That makes me think, how many other people who say that they have seen ghosts have actually experienced sleep paralysis instead.
It might be me because when I was 7, I had my eyes shut, but I saw something glowing, like an eye or something booping up and down. My eyes were closed the whole time, but eventually it went away, and as it went away, my bed began to shake. I’m not sure if I was able to move since this memory is very faint and I remember being mostly frozen in fear. Maybe it was a ghost, maybe it wasn’t. 🤷
I've only experienced sleep paralysis once... There was something written on the wall i was staring at, but I couldn't read it. My bedroom door was open (I always have it shut). A figure appeared in the door and just stood there, staring at me - looked like a lady in a white dress. She went away when I (internally) shouted for her to go, but came back shortly. Woke up, door was shut.
Mine are Always different. Had the lady one. It was 3 elder ladies though with these huge hats pulled down over their faces. They all had their hands covered with white gloves. Standing on the side of the bed next to me. No eye contact etc well I couldn't see their's. So many different ones. I use to log them.
I only experienced sleep paralysis once. I was in my room, the door was supposed to be shut but it's open and there's a black figure staring at me. The room is dark and there's this glitchy effect in my visions. I felt numb and cannot move but i tried moving. It only lasted 5-7 sec before I woke up. The black figure looks like one of those unnerving entity from a average analog horror series. Tall, Unnerving eyes, featureless body, dark black skin, deformed head and something like that.
I had quite a lot of sleep paralysis moments. A couple of them were neutral, i was simply laying on my bed with my eyes closed, but awake, and when i was trying to move - i couldnt, and nothing or nobody was stalking or staring at me. Then things started to get creepier. Twice i had the exact same plot. It was the feeling that someone was slowly coming towards me, someone tall and... invisible? I was already laying fully under my blanket on my stomach so i couldnt see it nor could i move. It then stopped right before my bed and started lowering its head above me and stopped a couple centimeters away from my head... i just felt that happening. But the most horrifying thing was the sound that i was hearing in my ears and the closer he was approaching the louder the sound was becoming, and it became SO loud my eardrums started trembling and hurting and i thought they were going to explode... bruh, my heart was beating like a drum and i was sweating like hell. The sound was a bit different from the sound in this video, it was actually EXACTLY like the sound of Slender Man or similar to that when a monster chases you in Amnesia: The Dark Descent (i guess the devs took inspiration from that and it wasnt my imagination after experiencing those games because i read a couple of comments on YT saying they were hearing those exact sounds while having sleep paralysis, and also this exact video has kind of a similar sound). I remember one being not as scary, but it felt like the TV was on and someone was walking back and forth in my room. I wasnt feeling scared, but then i felt it approaching my bed - it then felt like it stared at me for a second, but i thought it was my roommate doing something in my room and i thought i was just half awake, but then i tried to move but couldnt, then i woke up - no one was around and the TV was off. Then a ~year later (today) i had another one. So I opened my eyes - I was laying on my right shoulder facing the wall and suddenly i felt as if someone started slowly moving my blanket. I didnt understand what was going on, i tried to move my head to look who it was but i couldnt, then it felt like it put its hand on my left shoulder with pressure and the blanket started to shrink as if i was being suffocated by a snake, i tried to move but couldnt, it was happening for about three seconds. Then my eyes began to close and for milliseconds i quickly thought to myself loudly - " AM I DYING? AM I HAVING SLEEP PARALYSIS?". I was trying to prevent my eyes from closing and after i, for some reason, accepted my fate my eyes closed fully and then i woke up... And when i did, i think it did feel as if my shoulder was indeed touched and my body was being strangled, creepiest shit ive experienced ever. I didnt know that those were sleep paralysis moments until the latest one happened. I went googling and after i read about this phenomenon I instantly remembered all my strange experiences during nights and everything started making sense to me. Except i still dont understand why almost all of them are quite horrifying. Well, to be honest, after reading other people's experiences and seeing all the images i can gladly say that mine were not as horrifying...

I've only had sleep paralyzes like 2 times. One time I was sleeping, woke up but couldn't move anything and everything felt numb, luckily I was facing a wall and couldn't see any horrors and eventually after having my eyes closed for a bit I was able to move again. The 2nd time I wasn't so lucky, I was sleeping in the living room on the couch this time and same thing happened again, I couldn't move and everything felt numb, this time I was facing the whole entire living room and across from me near the kitchen is a hand with long fingers, panicked a little and closed my eyes while trying to move my fingers to know when im out of it and after like 3 minutes I moved my fingers and I got up. That hand shadow was gone

Technological advancement I actually like. Rare
Love when I wake up to Nazgul demons staring down at me from my bed.
Nazgul?
That entire video my brain made it less scary by saying “cuddle buddy!” Every time I saw the sleep paralysis demon or figure whatever you call it
perfect video before going to sleep at 3:30 AM
Congrats on 1k likes. I am officially your 1,000th like!
Why am I recommended this when am exactly on the bed and I was actually thinking about sleep paralysis and had this video recommended. Never said a word 🤣
*Me experiencing sleep paralysis*
*The monster is a girl*
*Me breaking from the sleep paralysis*
*Girl demon is shocked*
*Me clapping her chee-*
1:27 i was just staring right here when the video was paused and turned to the left and nearly pissed myself, i though it was limbs coming over the bed not full-blown fucking demon hands.
ive experienced this and its very scary
This is the coolest video I had ever saw
I’m gonna watch this in my quest two
Imagine you still have your airpods in and you are (somehow) listening to "Tokyo" (the fckin:nya ichi ni san song) and it's playing while your sleep paralysis 💀

ive had these you cant move, they kinda chill tbf if ur chill to them if you are scared just close your eyes and ignore them dont open your eyes if you hear footsteps and dont face your wall.

I regret watching this at night
