Luv ur vids ❤
i've never had one of these, can you tell me how to get them?? plsss
Lightning McQueen
The worst I’ve ever had was there was something sat on my floor staring at me and then this man was whispering things into my ear, can’t remember what he was saying but it was terrifying 😅
Btw if you do have sleep paralysis I had tips just from my experience: don’t open your eyes, don’t panic, try to move only your fingers and toes and remind your self it’s not real because your in a state where your body thinks it’s in a dream but your fully conscious of your surroundings
That's me, I have it like, once a month for the past year. I've had many, but I've never ever opened my eyes. I just hear creepy things and then come back to sleep with my heart racing.
Thanks👍
And try to fall asleep. Then you can lucid dream
well i always move my head while I sleep so ig I’ll be fine
I have it every night and yet I still try to push myself up to see who is whispering but I only get about a half an inch off the bed. So I think
I suffer from sleep paralysis and experience it once or twice a week, this is incredibly accurate aside from the fact that it’s always red lighting(at least for me) and the figures aren’t even always human, but just semi human shaped and their like misty shadows, sound and touch is also a big part of it, I’ve felt actual pain during one of these, and the sounds are gut wrenching
Red lights cause this stuff don’t sleep with red lights if you don’t want this to happen
@@soldier_CAT red/yellow/orange lighting from the moon, sleep paralysis twists tho ha so I usually see it as red. Sleep paralysis is not control-able, at least for me
And also its usually less eventful and I grt just stared at for a long time instead of it being over so quick

@eren kara lmao okay sure
Watching this after finding out about sleep paralysis, I realise that I am infrequently affected by this.
Although before when this happened, I was convinced my house was haunted and it was nothing to do with my head.
That makes me think, how many other people who say that they have seen ghosts have actually experienced sleep paralysis instead.
I once had a sleep paralsis demon that appeared as a hot guy. That was the only sleep paralysis I ever liked.

I've only experienced sleep paralysis once...
There was something written on the wall i was staring at, but I couldn't read it. My bedroom door was open (I always have it shut). A figure appeared in the door and just stood there, staring at me - looked like a lady in a white dress. She went away when I (internally) shouted for her to go, but came back shortly.
Woke up, door was shut.
Spooky
I Lost the chance to bang a ghost💀
That’s scary
Mine are Always different. Had the lady one. It was 3 elder ladies though with these huge hats pulled down over their faces. They all had their hands covered with white gloves. Standing on the side of the bed next to me. No eye contact etc well I couldn't see their's. So many different ones. I use to log them.
That knocking was so fucking real😭
i swear i thought the class behind us was banging the wall
Bro Ong it scared the shit out of me
exactly i had to rewind to make sure it was the video and not my mom 😭
Its fucking true . I terrified by the music
oh yeah, the perfect video to watch before going to sleep
Oml frr
Fr
When I have this I always feel this ticklish pressure on my back and the more I fight it, the stronger it becomes. Usually if I hear a noise or something, I’ll wake up. That’s why I keep music on when I feel like I’m going to have one of these dreams.
For me on many occasions, keeping music on disrupts my sleep and causes sleep paralysis, but that doesn’t happen to everybody
whenever i put music the music and lyrics become..demonic? idk it’s scary tho 😭

My biggest fear being sleep paralysis and also watching this 💀
Just don’t sleep
Sleep paralysis isn’t like this it’s just being unable to move a single muscle even your face so you cannot speak. Ways it get out of it: try moving your fingers/toes, Don’t panic. Ways to avoid it: Don’t sleep on your back, sleep on your side,

@@xqnack8237 do u actually see monster
@@kylemc7088 nope
Sleep paralysis is the beginning stages of lucid dreaming your astral projecting don’t be scared and move through it. I’ve had this since I was a kid and this isn’t really a good representation honestly but good effort everyone is different
it's more easy when you grow up and know what this is, but it's really scary when you don't know what is happening
youre a bad influence
B-but i actually did saw a human-like silhouette next to me...
Watch insidous pls be careful
While lucid dreaming is a thing, Astral Projecting isn't (they're both the same phenomenon, except that astral projection isn't what you think it is). It's pseudoscience usually practiced by religious fanatics.
i have also felt, it’s just lack of sleep, you brain recreates your worst fears like in a dream but you can see your room. just dreams nothing to worry about
holy shit i actually feel sad for those who go through this keep on pushing
i go through it every night it’s traumatizing but as long as i keep my eyes shut i won’t see any horror
@@xzcArtemis oh my god I actually feel bad for you I hope it never comes for you aagin!
It’s actually normal and happens to everyone if am not mistaken. It’s like once in a lifetime thing. It can happen to you any moment

@@howtodoit4204I was on some very heavy pain medications for a while and it gave me sleep paralysis once. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life. I’ve never felt more fear than I did, and I woke up screaming crying
i remember, this happened to me once, when i was like 5, i went to my parents room cause i had a nightmare, and as i was trying to sleep, i saw weird shadows that had the shapes of those children monster things, and i was convinced my house was haunted.
I had quite a lot of sleep paralysis moments.
A couple of them were neutral, i was simply laying on my bed with my eyes closed, but awake, and when i tried to move - i couldnt, and nothing or nobody was stalking or staring at me.
Two times i had the exact same plot. It was the feeling that someone was slowly coming towards me, someone tall and... black or even invisible? I was already laying fully under my blanket on my stomach so i couldnt see it nor could i move. It then stopped right before my bed and started lowering its head above me and stopped a couple centimeters away from my head... i just felt that happening. But the most horrifying thing was the sound that i was hearing in my ears and the closer it was getting the louder the sound was becoming, and it became SO loud my eardrums started trembling and hurting and i thought they are going to explode... bruh, my heart was beating like a drum and i was sweating like hell, but then i woke up. The sound was a bit different from the sound in this video, it was actually EXACTLY like the sound of Slender Man or similar to that when a monster chases you in Amnesia: The Dark Descent (i guess the devs took inspiration from that and it wasnt my imagination after experiencing those games because i read a couple of comments on YT saying they were hearing those exact sounds while having sleep paralysis).
I remember one being not as scary, but it felt like the TV was on and someone was walking back and forth in my room. I didnt feel scared, but then i felt it approaching my bed - it then felt like it stared at me for a second, but i thought it was my roommate doing something in my room and i thought i was just half awake, but then i tried to move but couldnt, then i woke up - no one was around and the TV was off.
Then a ~year later (today) i had another one. So I opened my eyes - I was laying on my right shoulder facing the wall and suddenly i felt as if someone started slowly moving my blanket. I didnt understand what was going on, i tried to move my head to look who it was but i couldnt, then it felt like it put its hand on my left shoulder with pressure and the blanket started to shrink as if i was being suffocated by a snake, i tried to move but couldnt, it was happening for about three seconds. Then my eyes began to close and for milliseconds i quickly thought to myself loudly - "AM I HAVING SLEEP PARALYSIS? AM I DYING?". I was trying to prevent my eyes from closing and after i, for some reason, accepted my fate my eyes closed fully and then i woke up...
And when i did, i think it did feel as if my shoulder had been indeed touched and my body was being strangled, creepiest shit ever.
90% of all those experiences were during times when i had extreme stress and sleep issues as of minimum.
I didnt know that those were sleep paralysis experiences until the latest one happened. I went googling and after i read about sleep paralysis I instantly remembered all my strange experiences during nights and everything started making sense to me. Except i still dont understand why almost all of them are so horrifying. Well, reading other people's experiences i can gladly say that mine were not as horrifying...
I cant imagine having paralysis like this, its horrifying!!! My sleep paralysis is just like I'm in a coma and the ceiling is full of spiders lol.

Bro my friend said "Yo Wsg My Brother" when he saw this part of the vid💀💀💀
I actually had sleeping Paralysis before and let me tell you, it is Downright Terrifying, I opened eyes to wake myself up when I saw a creature so scary that couldn't even describe what it was because it was literally jet black, not only that but I heard strange but Terrifying noises that will never forget, screaming, howling and roaring at a extremely low pitch tone. When I woke up my heart start beeping so rapidly that It almost felt like I was going to pass out but it somehow slow down pretty quickly the moment I was fully awake.
Just curious, were you depressed at that time? I was extremely depressed when I had my sleep paralysis 😭
@@dj.j5099 most definitely i was, it was like the scariest thing of my entire life, something that I will never forget. I even told my parents about it but they didn't believe me!

So my friend has psychosis and he send me this and said "yeah that's pretty normal for me" and i was like *what??*
Your friend probably has a issue that somehow allows him to see spirits even tho he isn't supposed to probably a sleep rem stage issue lol but that's crazy idk if they are actually demons or not I'd like to see a paranormal investigation video investigating while someone who be having sleep peralysis sleeps 😂
I get sleep paralysis a lot, and I can confirm the sound at 1:15 is dead on accurate
Love doing this while in bed at night
Same just my lights are off and it’s pitch black :)

This is my first 360 experience and I think it was pretty cool/terrifying lol.I knew at the end there was gonna be a jump scare so I prepped my self lol.
Was a pretty close approximation to the feeling....... until you started running around the house with a flashlight like a paranormal activity movie.
Lol. You turned that into more of a horror short than a demonstration my guy.
Hello, I have a question - could I use this video for my college project? The task was to compose an ambient soundtrack and merge it with a scary video. This video fits perfectly!
Oh yea go ahead ! As long as you credit me for the video then I'm completely fine with that :)
often id see a girl come and sit on my legs and shed talk to me. i didnt feel scared shed just sit there and talk and it almost felt comforting
my mind after watching this video without skipping: “it is what it is”
me just looking down in the sleep paralysis: HA MONSTER I CANT SEE YOU AND you CANT punch me (then the monster proceeds to punch me)... oh yea just cause im looking the other way he can still get me, oh yea im supposed to be screaming 🥲 jAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

this video has me hella paranoid now 😭
I've only had sleep paralyzes like 2 times. One time I was sleeping, woke up but couldn't move anything and everything felt numb, luckily I was facing a wall and couldn't see any horrors and eventually after having my eyes closed for a bit I was able to move again. The 2nd time I wasn't so lucky, I was sleeping in the living room on the couch this time and same thing happened again, I couldn't move and everything felt numb, this time I was facing the whole entire living room and across from me near the kitchen is a hand with long fingers, panicked a little and closed my eyes while trying to move my fingers to know when im out of it and after like 3 minutes I moved my fingers and I got up. That hand shadow was gone
idk if i have sleep paralysis or not, sometimes when im trying to sleep, i feel voices in my head that are not clear, just gibberish. i cant move or talk. i never open my eyes because i heard opening your eyes while in sleep paralysis makes it scarier or make strange demons appear. after some time (like 3 minutes) i gain my ability to walk and move
Sometimes that happen to me for 10 secs😂
as a kid I used to experience sleep paralysis, but light helped me to stop it, so I always sleep with lights on.
That knock sounded so real
First bit was sleep paralysis in the room, next ting was just a nightmare

Jezz Louise this is the scariest thing I've ever seen I never get I'm never scared of cat but like this is scary
Iv'e had sleep paralysis before. Most of the time I don't remember or it's very faint. But one time it was very clear. I was 9. I remember waking up in my room. It was a regular Sunday morning. The light was shining through the curtains. It looked to be about 9:30 in the morning. my books were on the shelf, my stuffed animals were on the bed, the ceiling and the walls were normal. I was faced up, my arms at my sides, my legs together. But I wanted to go back to sleep. So I tried to roll over and pull the blankets over my head. I couldn't move, I couldn't breathe. I tried to scream, yell, squirm, cry, I tried everything, yet nothing worked. I was terrified, because this has never happened to me before. I heard whispering in my ears, I felt someone breathing on my face. I saw a dark figure outside my window. I have no idea what it was. I think it had to do with the trauma I had as a kid, because I was stalked when I was 6 or 7. Now I have severe anxiety and always feel like I'm being watched.
dude that sucks but i can tell you that you were probably gonna wake up soon before that happend because the sleep paralysis is usually right before you fall asleep or just before your about to wake up
@@bluraw9602 thankx. When I woke up I was gasping for air and I did scream. I was so glad to be free
This is slightly accurate but it's definitely not the same for everyone. The fakest thing about this was the lady coming back in the bedroom to check if you were okay. No body can tell you're in sleep paralysis, and most definitely not someone who's not even in the room lol
I mostly have sleep paralysis around the days Wednesday-Friday. On a thursday night, I woke up, and I went to the bathroom. Then when was done using the bathroom, I went back to bed. I felt like it was around 5 am. Then I struggled to sleep a little, but then I slept for a little. I was trying to get out of the dream because it seemed that there was an earthquake. The third time I slept, there was a person who finished talking in the dream, and then I got sleep paralysis. I was in my room, and it looked like bright orange. I kind of had my eyes closed I think, but it looked like I had my eyes open. Then a few seconds later, I woke up in the real word..

Dealing with this since a kid. Wide awoke, talking seeing, interacting, etc. My dad was Muslim, so Jinn, etc. was a topic, then my nanas background. She Would put powder down around my bed, herbs, dirt, etc. Didn't find out the medical terms, etc, until an adult. Which I still never fully explained the experiences because Drs love to tag & throw medication at you. Minds blown so easily by the stories lol. Took me to figure out things that seem to bring this on myself. One is chronic insomnia, It's bad been hospitalized, etc. My brain doesn't produce exactly what it needs to fall into a sleep state naturally. Many names for it. I will cycle 2 days, then after I worry if I don't fall sleep. I will not take anything until the deprivation is so bad that it's hard for me to tell what's real or not. Imagine having this issue since a little girl & no one knows the reason. Demons, spirits, attacks, curses, etc. Enough worth to write a TV series or books ... I have a brother who sleep walked as a child,We shared a room back then. Imagine his experiences

I found the warehouse section less frightening than the rest of the video. great concept though
In 2022 I had sleep paralysis almost every night it was terrifying but after a while I got used to waking up and seeing a random thing staring at me. My paralysis randomly stopped one day and stayed that way for almost over a year but recently about a week ago my dog woke me trying to get in my bed. so i got up and started walking to get my dogs bed so she would sleep in it but as I climbed out of my bed I got maybe two feet across the room before looking up and seeing a tall man standing by my closet looking at me there was no face it was a completely black figure I stopped where I was and looked up. I thought it was my dad but after asking I got no response it just looked straight ahead at my bed. I walked backwards and climbed into my bed and peeked out at the figure from under my blanket it didn't move it didn't say a word it just look forward it was the most terrifying thing in the world and all I could do was pretend it wasn't there and go to sleep. I asked my dad the next morning if he had been in my room last night but he said he hadn't been. I still have no idea what that was it didn't seem like sleep paralysis but it also didn't seem like I was dreaming. Thinking back on it the creepy part is the fact the figure was hanging over my dogs bed and just so happens my dog frantically trying to get in my bed.
