All I have to say about this animation is that it is SHOCKINGLY accurate, but I don't hear any whispering though. used to have it growing up. I would open my eyes and my ceiling fan would slowly get super fast and my room would start to get smaller and smaller as laughter was constant. then creatures would start to emerge. downnright terrifying
This is my first 360 experience and I think it was pretty cool/terrifying lol.I knew at the end there was gonna be a jump scare so I prepped my self lol.
I've only had sleep paralyzes like 2 times. One time I was sleeping, woke up but couldn't move anything and everything felt numb, luckily I was facing a wall and couldn't see any horrors and eventually after having my eyes closed for a bit I was able to move again. The 2nd time I wasn't so lucky, I was sleeping in the living room on the couch this time and same thing happened again, I couldn't move and everything felt numb, this time I was facing the whole entire living room and across from me near the kitchen is a hand with long fingers, panicked a little and closed my eyes while trying to move my fingers to know when im out of it and after like 3 minutes I moved my fingers and I got up. That hand shadow was gone
idk if i have sleep paralysis or not, sometimes when im trying to sleep, i feel voices in my head that are not clear, just gibberish. i cant move or talk. i never open my eyes because i heard opening your eyes while in sleep paralysis makes it scarier or make strange demons appear. after some time (like 3 minutes) i gain my ability to walk and move
ive had these you cant move, they kinda chill tbf if ur chill to them if you are scared just close your eyes and ignore them dont open your eyes if you hear footsteps and dont face your wall.
Ive experienced sleep paralysis a handful of times but it was always just 1 silhouette of a figure just rocking back and forth and shaking in my hallway, at the end of my bed, right next to me or over my body. I always felt like the figure was about to pounce, just never knew when, and that was the scariest part about it. only once did the figure actually interact with me... it choked me out and I woke up with my heart beating dramatically.
😭😭😭 i get sleep paralysis a lot and its really scary. I wish i could watch this video with the sound up and everything but I’m too scared. My phone was literally down the whole time💀
Iv'e had sleep paralysis before. Most of the time I don't remember or it's very faint. But one time it was very clear. I was 9. I remember waking up in my room. It was a regular Sunday morning. The light was shining through the curtains. It looked to be about 9:30 in the morning. my books were on the shelf, my stuffed animals were on the bed, the ceiling and the walls were normal. I was faced up, my arms at my sides, my legs together. But I wanted to go back to sleep. So I tried to roll over and pull the blankets over my head. I couldn't move, I couldn't breathe. I tried to scream, yell, squirm, cry, I tried everything, yet nothing worked. I was terrified, because this has never happened to me before. I heard whispering in my ears, I felt someone breathing on my face. I saw a dark figure outside my window. I have no idea what it was. I think it had to do with the trauma I had as a kid, because I was stalked when I was 6 or 7. Now I have severe anxiety and always feel like I'm being watched.
dude that sucks but i can tell you that you were probably gonna wake up soon before that happend because the sleep paralysis is usually right before you fall asleep or just before your about to wake up
This is slightly accurate but it's definitely not the same for everyone. The fakest thing about this was the lady coming back in the bedroom to check if you were okay. No body can tell you're in sleep paralysis, and most definitely not someone who's not even in the room lol
Why am I recommended this when am exactly on the bed and I was actually thinking about sleep paralysis and had this video recommended. Never said a word 🤣
imagine the people that die of a heart attack while asleep all had it because of creepy sleep paralysis. relatives think "he died in peace" but actually they panicked to death but nobody will ever know😳
I can whole heartedly and honestly say- I’ve never had a sleep paralysis experience and I’m glad I haven’t had one of these before! (If I do I feel like I’d have a heart attack) Edit: I’m only 24.
In 2022 I had sleep paralysis almost every night it was terrifying but after a while I got used to waking up and seeing a random thing staring at me. My paralysis randomly stopped one day and stayed that way for almost over a year but recently about a week ago my dog woke me trying to get in my bed. so i got up and started walking to get my dogs bed so she would sleep in it but as I climbed out of my bed I got maybe two feet across the room before looking up and seeing a tall man standing by my closet looking at me there was no face it was a completely black figure I stopped where I was and looked up. I thought it was my dad but after asking I got no response it just looked straight ahead at my bed. I walked backwards and climbed into my bed and peeked out at the figure from under my blanket it didn't move it didn't say a word it just look forward it was the most terrifying thing in the world and all I could do was pretend it wasn't there and go to sleep. I asked my dad the next morning if he had been in my room last night but he said he hadn't been. I still have no idea what that was it didn't seem like sleep paralysis but it also didn't seem like I was dreaming. Thinking back on it the creepy part is the fact the figure was hanging over my dogs bed and just so happens my dog frantically trying to get in my bed.

used to have it growing up.
Best video UA-cam recommended me before I was gonna go to sleep 👏👏👏
…thanks… UA-cam.👏
This is actually freaking cool
I get sleep paralysis a lot, and I can confirm the sound at 1:15 is dead on accurate

Well done creators, this is Great!
2:34 bro got violated
lol
Hehe
That knock sounded so real
idk if i have sleep paralysis or not, sometimes when im trying to sleep, i feel voices in my head that are not clear, just gibberish. i cant move or talk. i never open my eyes because i heard opening your eyes while in sleep paralysis makes it scarier or make strange demons appear. after some time (like 3 minutes) i gain my ability to walk and move
Sometimes that happen to me for 10 secs😂
ive had these you cant move, they kinda chill tbf if ur chill to them if you are scared just close your eyes and ignore them dont open your eyes if you hear footsteps and dont face your wall.
@4:16 scared tf outta me 💀
Same
I was scared of the girlfriend
ok when the girl at first came out i almost screamed
First bit was sleep paralysis in the room, next ting was just a nightmare
Haha that’s funny
Ive experienced sleep paralysis a handful of times but it was always just 1 silhouette of a figure just rocking back and forth and shaking in my hallway, at the end of my bed, right next to me or over my body. I always felt like the figure was about to pounce, just never knew when, and that was the scariest part about it. only once did the figure actually interact with me... it choked me out and I woke up with my heart beating dramatically.
Jezz Louise this is the scariest thing I've ever seen I never get I'm never scared of cat but like this is scary
1:58 I WAS LOOKING AT THE CEILING AND I LOOKED DOWN AND ACTUALLY JUMPED IRL LMAO

I enjoyed this video very much your video very good
Iv'e had sleep paralysis before. Now I have severe anxiety and always feel like I'm being watched.
dude that sucks but i can tell you that you were probably gonna wake up soon before that happend because the sleep paralysis is usually right before you fall asleep or just before your about to wake up
@@bluraw9602 thankx. When I woke up I was gasping for air and I did scream. I was so glad to be free
Muy bueno tu video bro,se ve que te esforzasre muchisimo para hacer el video.Jajas te mereces un bueno y rico, like.
Never said a word 🤣
this is why i listen to music when sleeping and use my favorite lighting
imagine the people that die of a heart attack while asleep all had it because of creepy sleep paralysis. relatives think "he died in peace" but actually they panicked to death but nobody will ever know😳
perfect video before going to sleep at 3:30 AM
as a kid I used to experience sleep paralysis, but light helped me to stop it, so I always sleep with lights on.
I’m gonna watch this in my quest two
Fun idea: find videos like this and play music over them, currently I am listening to call me maybe
👀👌wow! U got a best video ⚰️
Bro took kiss the homies goodnight too far 💀💀💀💀
