Listed to this at night, lights off and closed my eyes. My cat had to come over and lay down to make me finish the video, I was already terrified after 55 seconds 😭
I've had a lot,but mine was never like this. I just dream about something sitting in a corner and staring at me,when I try to speak,I can't open my mouth nor move
Oh my god that was awesome! I sat through it with my eyes closed and it was so scary! As a long time horror fan, I loved this! I almost fell asleep halfway through. This is not because it as boring, which it wasn't, but I am sleep deprived rn.
One time I woke up from a terrible nightmare, but I was only half awake. My body was paralyzed but I was still conscious, I started imagining that someone was pulling me under the bed and I got really scared so I tried to scream but I couldn’t, the only thing that came out of my mouth was a weak, faint, squeak.
I had something like that when I was 9 or 10 where it felt like somebody was sitting on my back holding my head down on the pillow and I couldn’t lift it up and I tried to scream but the same happend
@@YoungMasterRTSack when I was like 8, It was like I could physically see these vantablack woody/plant things strapping my arms down from underneath the bed and it felt like I was falling into the springs of my bed and then I woke up at the sound of lightning it scared the hell out of me
@@YoungMasterRTS same thing happened to me recently. I woke up because im close to the window and its morning, face down on my pillow. Its like someone really doesn’t want me to breathe
I was able to last the whole time, mainly because I was able to slow my heart beat. I had a realistic nightmare where I needed to fight to survive and so since I thought I was in real danger then I just thought of having a clear head and not hyperventilate. I was able to keep myself calm enough were I stayed in the nightmare, until I was killed defending my self from multiple attackers.
@@ezamir218 I sometimes panic too; when I know that I'm panicking, for a moment or two I take a few deep breaths and sometimes close my eye, I think of the problem, then I act on the best course of action. I sometimes still have fear, however, I have a clear head and I can use the fear "abilities" in bursts as needed. I believe that someone's personal life experiences or circumstances can/will make it easier or harder to use. If you look back on a scary, bad or dangerous situation, remember that fear and practice to clear head. Now I'm NOT saying to put yourself in harms way to practice. I know a good why is to play VR games that have what you're afraid of in it, for example, some common fears like hights, spiders and small spaces however, if you don't have a strong heart or can't use it a scary movie might be better. (This information is NOT to be taken as "one size fits all" it can/will be different for some if not most people and NOT a garantee to 100% of the time for those it does work for.)
The only time I had a sleep paralysis, I saw that shadow guy with a hat and a black coat that everyone sees. He was just looking at me behind the curtains but that's it. I got scared mostly bc I thought someone was in my house and not bc I was seeing a shadow man. I've heard some have experienced way worse and it's scary idk what I would do if I was in their shoes...
So I dont have sleep paralysis but I also see that same exact shadow man. But I see mine with a top hat, I dont know about the coat though. And all he really does it watch me sleep and just watch me in general. But I also see other shadow people. What are some of your story's. If it's ok, you don't have to.
For me I see it all the time in the one place that I should normally feel safe in,my parents room. I see everything so clearly…Even after years they never leave. At this point I need a lamp on if I want to have a decent rest
I also have hallucinations and my dumbass thought oh yea this will go well I'm used to this kinda stuff and closed my eyes the moment the banging started lmao sleeping with the lights on tonight I guess
I get sleep paralysis mostly every night most people just see things I can see them hear them here is the scary part I can feel them I got it yesterday and fucking demon was touching my shoulder I get scared going to sleep sometimes.
Strangely enough i found this relaxing. Theres something about the screams and growls thats just comforting. Or the running footsteps outside your room. Waiting for you to come out so it can tear you apart. 10/10
4:25 I imagined that one scene where you're running from the pitch black demon monster thingy and your running is so slow and you're trying to run faster and the ground is getting longer and longer. That is my favorite scene. This audio 100% helped me sleep.
i've only experienced sleep paralysis 3 times, i found it rather interesting, i could feel hot breath down my neck and all my nerves fired up making my body feel as if on fire. It's one of few times where i get to experience fear which makes it more intriguing
Finally!!! An audio to help me sleep! I tried other weird audios but they didn't work. When I tried this one I fell right asleep! The running footsteps made me go right asleep. Also I love the extra music too!!
I find the experience way more interesting if you’re standing in the center of a pitch black room, it feels like there are demons all around you and nowhere to hide. I will try in the woods at night and let you know.
I grew up with nightmares and sleep paralysis. For sleep paralysis the beginning sound(motor-like sound) is normally what I hear BEFORE the said paralysis starts. It's one of my listed "symptoms" or "signs" that it's beginning. Once I hear it, i sit and stare for a moment and change locations or change position in bed to avoid the experience. I'm used to it now tho. My sleep paralysis don't consist of the usual monsters or someone trying to knock your door down. But mostly a scream from far away getting nearer and nearer and no matter how much I stare at the corner from where the screams are coming from, there's nothing there. Just a corner of my room. It ends with the same sound(motor sound) very loud until I can't take it anymore. Once I'm on the edge all fear and whatnot, I'll be able to click my tongue or move a finger(fight or flight mode) and wake up.
One tip if you have sleep paralysis: Try to not focus on it. Do not look at the monster if you can. Do not panic it will make it worse:(. Think of something nice abt your family, friend etc.. Try to move if you can^^. I hope this helped I don’t know so much because I didn’t have ever in my life a sleep paralysis if you pray before you sleep then InshAllah that won’t happen
Tho I think it differs to different patients, as a person who suffers from sleep paralysis, I do not hear these sounds at all, it is not that much of a horror scene, the panic mostly comes from the brain knowing or at least thinking you should awake, and when you try to move or have any action, you find out you can't, which includes breathing as well. For me it feels like being stuck under something like a building or so, I'd say it's rather like a disaster or a catastrophe than like a horror movie, and tho it's nothing like the audio, it is truly a terrible experience. English is not my main language, I hope you guys are able to get what I'm saying, and wish for all who are suffering to get better.
This is nothing 😉 the real thing is worse. Much worse. Especially after you’ve had it 9 times in a single night and you’re so tired, you can’t stay awake... but you know what happens the moment you fall asleep.
Commented through my experience Kinda freaked so far only 230 in so far. The crow noise was weird Creepy can falling progressively getting more freaked Knife noises nope nope nope Grunting? Overall 8/10 for scare factor
It's 4am now, I'm drunk, and I want to go through this. I'm writing this before the whole experience. What I thought about it and if I got scared or not will be between parentheses. (For real, the beggining is scary, and even my anxiety got triggered for a bit. But after the first minute or so, it gets boring.... but that's just my opinion... ;D)
As realistic as this might be, I have some criticism, the breathing didn't sound at all like breathing in sleep paralysis. Try sealing your mouth as tight as you can and breathe through your mouth at the same time to make it more realistic. Also to give it a more realistic atmosphere, try using the pan setting in your audio editor, this will make some sounds louder in each ear, so if you want something to be heard in somebody's left ear, but not their right ear, move the slider all the way to the left, and same for the right. However, I was impressed on the voices, for example at 4:59, when a voice said "your a lucky fella aren't ya" it sounded very realistic, however it would of sounded better if you adjusted the pan about halfway to on side, and then put it about halfway to the right until 5:10. Also if you made the laugh a bit deeper and a bit louder, it would sound more realistic because if you try to move, you'll hear a deep voice laughing. All in all I was very impressed and this sounded a lot like the real thing. Good Job!
That's a really interesting sound. It doesn't reach my ears, at least it feels so. It also doesn't feel heavy, more like something light in the background
As someone who deals with sleep paralysis pretty frequently... It can be truly terrifying. Also, I have mild narcolepsy, so sometimes right before I fall asleep or when I wake up suddenly, I will see my dreams projected around me, even if I'm not paralyzed.
I’m over here committed to listen to the entire thing. 😅 Edit: It honestly wasn’t that bad I listened to it with my eyes closed. Watch out for the end though.
I listened to the whole thing with my eyes closed too I had to imagine a being that protects me and won't let anything hurt me to make sure I didn't shit my pants
It’s more like a loud ringing and electronic sound you’ve never heard before. Like you’re being tuned to a certain frequency. So loud you can feel it all over your body.
I wouldn’t be able to just keep my eyes closed when it scream directly on my face 👁👁I jump with my eyes open , I would have a heart attack It feels like your walking through hell itself.
As someone who experienced sleep paralysis almost everyday for the past year only the footsteps audio was real and in the real world you would feel pressure on your chest and just hope that your eyes are closed
This reminds me when I would try to sleep while living with my familia. Mom’s demonic screaming, my sister’s howling, my brother’s stomping and my brain listening to see if someone would barge in my room in the middle of the night.
I’m some cases this is exaggerated but not for all people. you do often here very clear sounds and objects moving around you and near you that are so real. In my case I often feel awake but trapped and unable to wake up, sleep paralysis is horrible so my heart goes to anyone else that has it too!

I usually do hear the banging and vibrations next to my hears, I hear voices of people talking to me (specially whispering things) , weird sounds and just my ears ringing. It’s pretty scary but not really sounds of people talking normally or animals or any of the horror movies stuff. It’s a lot more worse than you think. Sleep paralysis feel pretty real.

Very relaxing asmr, slept amazing with this
Yup!

@@Beaugoat he’s basically dead 😂
@@_Twomad nah he is not dead, he is right here with me
I grew up with nightmares and sleep paralysis.
I watched the entire video without a flinch. The only thing that creeps me out is having a little 3 year old girl laugh all around my head at 3am! 😨
One tip if you have sleep paralysis:
Try to not focus on it.
I opened my eyes and saw a cat eye then I could move once they closed again
I fought the monster once and it didnt come back since then. Try to fight it. I wake up and turn on my light and fight it

@@rinreborn7364 Jokes or not it's on sight.

(For real, the beggining is scary, and even my anxiety got triggered for a bit. But after the first minute or so, it gets boring.... but that's just my opinion... ;D)
Your drunk!?!?
LOLLL ME WHILE IM HIGHH HOW IT GO
As realistic as this might be, I have some criticism, the breathing didn't sound at all like breathing in sleep paralysis.

As someone who experienced sleep paralysis almost everyday for the past year only the footsteps audio was real and in the real world you would feel pressure on your chest and just hope that your eyes are closed
One thing I love about this is that it goes from one headphone saide to the other, and it gives that illusion that it's real
This reminds me when I would try to sleep while living with my familia. Mom’s demonic screaming, my sister’s howling, my brother’s stomping and my brain listening to see if someone would barge in my room in the middle of the night.
