For some reason, red wines seem to give me bad headaches so I stick to White Wines. My grandfather and great grandfather grew grapes on Lipari years ago and made wine.
My family visited Firriato sometime before the New Year. Excellent wine.

We had a delicious Sicilian wine made by Cantina Marilina at dinner in Austin Texas this past weekend. As far as I can tell, they're somewhere down between Noto and Pachino.

Why can't find Mt. Etna Wine a small vineyard black label with gold / red prints
We will be heading to this area in October. Would like to know if there are any wine festivals at this time and do you need appointments to visit the wineries. Am enjoying your videos on Sicily-very informative on this region.

We know that is a reality in Sicily but not in the areas we were at on this video.
In my experience, the east side of Sicily, including Catania, is noticeably less strewn with trash than some other other areas.
