That dear mama part killed me. It's weird missing someone whom you never meet and is already gone before I was born. That's how powerful Tupac is.
Killed me too
Really killed it..
Overrated
God's grace is upon you
And God's in control
That just goes to show you how powerful the media is. They can make someone who you hardly know feel like you know them.
People truly don’t appreciate how talented Alicia is.
dude...she got 15 grammys. billboard says she is one of the most influential artists of the 21. century. she is placed on 10 of the best r&b/hip-hop artists of the last 25 years. i think everyone knows and appreciate how talented she is!
@@muhkuh0108 thanks for saving me the work, she's no secret that's for sure.

Tupac still making people cry....damn PAC😔👑
Man, that Alicia Keys Tupac Shakur Medley at the 2017 Induction was pure gold. Alicia's voice, that soulful piano, and honoring Tupac's legacy it was all so moving. She captured the spirit of Pac's music flawlessly, blending her own style with his iconic songs. You could feel the emotion, the respect, and the love she poured into that performance. It was more than just music; it was a tribute that resonated with everyone who appreciates the impact Tupac had on the world.
I kept playing that back
none of these new rappers will impact and leave a legacy like Tupac did...
No one 💯
Lol... you'll never know till they gone....pac wasn't this great till he died!!!
@@ojvic7297 You must be a too young to remember the early 90s...he was massive even when he was alive. the stuff he rapped about was inspiring and strong

I never cried for 2pac because to me he's always been alive through his music, but when Alicia sang Dear Mama, I shed a tear; I wish PAC was here to see this... What a beautiful tribute, Alicia is a genius

in music theory, there are certain chords that induce emotional states.
Alicia owes us a longer/full version of her Dear Mama twist. It really touches the soul, hadn't dropped a tear in years but this made me pour out. I love it
True
Tupac was my saviour back then when my parents used to fight and arguing a lot.....I was sitting in my room with headphones with my old CD player listening his music whole night...the love I have for him I will carry till my grave♥️♥️ Wonderful tribute 👏
I feel this comment. Same for me. And even though move away from his way of thinking of the world I am always brought back to both his emotional ballads and thugged out hits when I need them.
I read this and actually thought I wrote this. Same here - Pac was who I went through in times of stress, times of distress. Tbh, every emotion brings me to Pac. 🙏
Jesus is your saviour not Tupac.

Everything about Alicia Keys is cool, classy and mesmerising at the same time.
we need a full version of Dear Mama and Changes
Yes
for real. the piano arrangements for Dear Mama isnt from this planet. She shoulda release a full version
And ambitions of a rider

Alicia Keys so good on the piano. The way she can sing and play at the same time. She was so perfect for this presentation
this woman is a timeless beauty inside and out. i remember being a kid and my sister bought her CD, im 33 now and she still gorgeous
2pac was just getting started before he died. Imagine him with Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg in the 2000's...he would be huge. The loss to the hip hop culture just can't be described.
He achieved soooo many songs and things till he died sooo young. Imagine hed be still here, he would be king of hip hop all and all over.. such a legend

He would have been a soulmate music friend with Alicia if he was still here...they'd have shared their natural beauty, high intelligence... their talent and vision 🙏 Many artists do not have any vision, they are more worried about their style than anything else. I've been in deep over Tupac and what he was since I was in my early teen years, he died when I was 7.....but to really truly know him, and understand him inside and out is to absolutely love him, if you really truly know how powerful he was, how beautiful he was then the pain and sadness u feel for his loss is automatic, I've never been able to stop it......I'm telling you that man was something beyond this Earth's understanding.....mark my words......and idk when and idk how, but we will see him again one day.
The moment when Dear Mama started...I just cried in seconds
