Great video and love all the details and tips you mention while assembling this adorable case! I totally agree with you about the zippers, every time I hear someone say I'm just gonna make a tiny snip I say ,not me! Made these for Christmas presents and now a few more for my show this weekend!
Thanks for a great tutorial. I am the weird child that always has a question. I am trying to figure out why we used the bias tape? It doesn’t cover any raw edges, so I can’t figure out why it was used. Again, I’m weird. 😊
Lordy nI guess I need to pay better attention because I didn’t think the edges inside were raw. I am normally a little flaky, but I’ve had covid, so I’m worse. At least that’s what I tell myself. :). Thanks again!!
The case is great, but the way you made that video is just terrible, sorry, but you can't just hang your cam over your hands and make a video, it's not that easy, no offense, I really like some of tour sewing projects, you're quite gifted
I had to subscribe. You are fun to watch and learn

These are cute!
Another great tutorial’ thank you!
Thanks Chanova, great tutorial!
Thanks for the video I’m away to make it ❤one question did you use a zipper foot? I hate when the pattern uses 3/8 on zipper I have to change my foot
This pattern is so like the techniques that Diane from Spencer Ogg created for her Clamshell sling pattern

Thank you. The biased tape covers the raw edges. This bag isn't birthed and / or drop in lining

I'm the same way with my zipper tape I refuse to cut into my zipper tape I will snip the fabric if I have to get to lay flat
How am I supposed to tell inside from outside if you use the same fabric? Very confusing. Teaching a skill is more than showing how you did it.
@friedatoback2245 thanks for your feedback
