JBH activity pay is better than pay per mile but not as good as hourly. JBHT yearly increase is only 3 dollars per day if you do the math it doesn't even match up with inflation. At union it is at least 1 usd per hour increase per year which means 8 dollars per day so it is already double jb hunts. Go with hourly with OT after 8 hour is best because JB still dont pay when you stuck in traffic and they make you fuel up and ref up.

Unless dedicated starts getting the same amount of PTO as local intermodal… I will not leave intermodal.
Is pto and vacation tied together or do you earn time for both and do they pay you for working holidays?

@@driversuccess wow must be because the rails are closer ? All rails in my area are atleast 160-220 miles away so you do atleast 400 miles a day
