When it comes to fish- only oily, sea fish is beneficial. What we get most common are farm fed lake fish like botcha, mosu etc which does not have any oil content. Besides they are harmful due to the inflammatory feed they get from MN feed companies. O3-Oil capsules also don’t work because the absorption is extremely poor.
Getting well balanced, healthy, nutritious food for common man has become very very difficult in india. Only cinema actors and business people can afford such foods. Sad story.

I became diabetic at 38, suffering for the past 21 years. I am rice eater but, I always exercise a lot , very active lifestyle till today. My lipid profile is almost like the women you gave an example. I basically don’t have any other problems other than diabetes. I could never bring that down to a reasonable A1C. My cardiologist said that I have great heart and don’t have to worry about heart attack. I rarely eat fish or any omega3 foods. My triglycerides count is around 50,70. Good cholesterol is 70,80s. What do you call this?
