    Sir, I am having diabetes. Taking 250 mg glycomet BP taking Telzun MT 25 and Rosuzun 20 gold as I had a stents in oct2020. Can I take nuts more in Lieu of carbs.

    1. In India nobody should eat raw leafy vegetables, cabbage and cauliflower. Pesticides are liberally used on cabbage and cauliflower besides many others. They are rather dipped in pesticide solution after bringing to market. If they are home grown, yes one can est. Leafy vegetables are mostly gtien in dirty water and soil. Study by TIFR ling back found that leafy vegetables grown by railway Tesco in Mumbai have E.amoeba cyst viable even after cooking.

      1.చర్మంలో అధికంగా ప్రొటీన్లు ఉంటాయి. ఆటోఫేజిలో మాత్రమే శరీరం వాటిని ఉపయోగించుకో గలదు. ఆటోఫేజిలో చర్మం కరిగిపోతుంది. వఏలఆడటం తగ్గుతుంది.
      2. తగు వ్యాయామం చేస్తే కండలు పెరుగుతాయి. తరిగి పోయిన కొవ్వు కంటే అధికంగా కండలు పెంచుకోవచ్చు. కనుక పెరిగిన కొండలతో శరీరం సైజు పెరుగుతుంది. చర్మం వరకు కొవ్వు బదులు కండలు ఉంటాయి. చర్మం వేలాడటం తగ్గుతుంది.
      పై రెండు విధానాలు ఆచరిస్తే మంచి ఫలితాలే లభిస్తాయి.
      నా అనుభవం:
      నేను బరువు తగ్గాను.
      తర్వాత,
      ఆటోఫేజి ఉపవాసాలు, హై ఇన్టెన్సిటి ట్రైనింగ్ చేస్తున్నాను.
      ఫలితంగా, క్రితం 13 అంగుళాలు గల నా బైసెప్స్ ప్రస్తుతం కూడా 13 అంగుళాలే ఉన్నాయి. కనుక వేలాడే (స్యాగ్) పరిస్థితి లేదు. టైట్ గానే ఉంటున్నాయి.
