@1:24.. is that Smithfield South Australia? F^rk me I lived there in back 1977 just before I joined the army.. it doesn't look like it's changed at all. The only thing I thought was maybe petrol was pouring out because a lot of people got on board to help. But yeah, after the ute was back up, he doesnt check on his mate or the girl he smashed in to. Top bloke
I went from the Era when you had no synchro in one or all gears to auto everything today. And each passing year it got easier and safer to drive a car. But I still feel there are about 30% of drivers who should just go to the nearest Police Station and just hand their licences back. With Power steering, Autos, ESC,ABS etc it has allowed drivers who have no skill and can't be bothered to learn from experience eg: Driving in the Rain ,to think they can drive. They barely keep in their lane, they cross over to the other side of the road just to negotiate a curve in the road. (even in small 4 Cyls) . They break for Ghosts or stop 2 plus car lengths from cars stopped at traffic lights. Road Signs are just a suggestion. They prefer looking at the passenger next to them while talking rather than look at the road. They can't judge Intersections or Distances. And the Mobile Addicted Drivers should have the same penalties as Drink Drivers.
@@hayloft3834 That rule is garbage that is only good for a learner in their first week of driving. In our cities we don't have enough road space to leave huge gaps.
Exactly !! I've been saying this for years. The easier the vehicle is to drive the less concentration the driver has to put into the effort of driving, essentially dumbing them down. I learned to drive in a Landrovers with a crash box, Armstrong Power Steering and questionable brakes, it teaches the driver a hard lesson but one that is never forgotten.
The last one shows how different Aussiecams are from other countries. Everyone rushes to help and even more join in to fix things. Although someone should have thought to check on the casualty opposite before righting the pickup.

you know what is actually disgusting is the amount of people who just drive past the accident right after it has happened in front of them or even the DC drivers keep driving like how hard is to to stop and check if they are okay?
03:04 Just another day a the Ascot Park level crossing. That's why I stopped going through it. It's too dangerous. The reason the silver car pulled out right in front of the cam car is because you cannot see if there's any cars coming. They have a convex mirror on the building which would solve the problem if people knew it was there and what it's for. You probably noticed that, when the cam car went over the tracks the cars behind the next stop/give way sign didn't wait. There's no sight issue there. People just don't.

the one at 04:50 approx with the SUV with the typical ARB bar on front was satisfying to me since my last car was a write off after a clown with one ran up my ass when i was stopped at lights in a line of traffic 200 meters long in front of me and he claimed to not have seen me. The ARB bar with its typical sloped and higher level ment he slid up over my rear bumper bar totally and the tailgate of my waggon took the total impact which of course ment the whole rear floor of my wagon was buckled so too expensive to repair and i had only had the car 3 weeks. These things should be banned on all private owned SUV or 4X4 unless they do lots of country driving where if, as ARB claim they don't change the manufacturers designed crumple zones, they would be useless any way. But from many accidents you see the bars do more damage to cars hit by them and spread the damage on the vehicle it attached to which tends to make it more likely it does effect the manufacturers designed crumple zones which would make then illegal. Either that or insurers should make them a non standard modification and there by charge the owners more for insurance because the damage done by them will always be higher.
