Regarding 13, U-turns are mostly illegal in that area (greater Vancouver). The places where you can legally do a U-turn are so few that I generally just err on the side of not doing them.

I havent seen much about it for a few days, but apparently the drugs were in the cab and not the trailer. They eventually ended up shooting out the tires and used spike strips, then shot the engine block with a .50 to stop it. The trailer had auto parts iirc

Most drivers traveling above the speed limit because the limits are not based on safety or engineering and are too low. The arbitrary and seemingly selective enforcement makes it worse as it forces drivers to make a choice between driving what is obviously dangerous given the normal flow of traffic, IE following the speed limit at all costs, or trying to judge what is both safe and acceptable by law enforcement who know most people speed and that the speed limit is not followed because it is too low for highway travel. It's a catch-22 that should be eliminated through PROPER evaluation at the engineering level and legislative overhaul proving affirmative defense against speeding tickets where exceeding the speed limit poses no actual danger to the public.
