If you ever go back to Hilton Head SC you should go to Low Country Shrimp and Knits. Great yarn shop and the owner is so funny and friendly.

I have charming color work socks and am loving it. I also have Summer Lee’s book.
I was on Amazon today eyeing 52 weeks of colorwork socks! There are 2 editions 🎉

i have a lot of trouble buying enough yarn for a project, i never have enough to make a project. how much yarn does it take to make a sock, for example? (your videos have very much inspired me to try knitting socks sometime)

For a normal size pair of socks it is recommended to have 100 grams (of fingering weight yarn). I usally have yarn left over after that since I don’t make my socks super tall, but I would say that is a great amount to start with and then you can go from there!
