never thought that Transistors came in such a user-friendly form. To be honest I came here while searching for more advanced info on mosfets in general to learn about them, and I gotta tell you, these individual mosfet shields can be used as a great tool for teaching the basics of active electronics.

So I don't really care about a high rate of fire, but what I am concerned about is that I want to put a 11.1v LiPo in my gun. What is the difference between Mosfets? there are so many out there.

Quality, mostly. I personally wouldn't go under $20 or touch a super fancy Gate Titan with bells and whistles, but that's just me. You're getting what you pay for in longevity. Plus, you're saving yourself from having to replace your contacts

So what is the mosfet cost vs trigger switch replacement cost? Coming from nerf I have many blasters running on 11.1 lipos and the cost of replacing a trigger switch is next to no cost for people that buy stuff like that in bulk. Basically I'm asking if a $40 -$50 mosfet is really a cost saving over replacing a $2-$5 trigger switch once a year? If even that often. And does a mosfet reduce the arcing in the motor on the brushes and stator? I'm my experience the motor brushes will wear out way before the trigger switch contact

So I have an elite force mp5 a4 plus an LiPo 11.1v. Will I need to change anything to get max performance?

SUNNY BUNNY depends if you’re planning to run a 11.1v lipo or higher yes you will need a mosfet

say i removed the fuse, moved to deans connectors, and rewired a mosfet (the one on my right your left to be exact) what kind of ROF improvement would i see...
further more, would i see an increase in play time on the battery by reducing the resistance?

currently looking for a fairly high speed build, i currently have a cnc 45,000 rpm motor in my G&G raider. and i feel like my 9.6 is limiting its potential, i would like to move to a 10.8 NiMH or even an 11.1 50c lipo to have it really sing. this is in addition to the wiring and mosfet i said in the previous comment.

Hey by any chance is it possible to get a mosfet for a SIG 552?

Any basic mosfet or programmable mosfet will work with an SIG 552. Drop-in mosfets like the GATE Titan and BTC spectre doesn't fit in all types of gearboxes and/or AEG's though.

If your electrics are arcing then I'd recommend pulling the part out completely and getting a refund. Lol.
