Just a quick video if you have a sound system in your vehicle and are looking to install a capacitor. Pretty simple and straight forward, shouldn't be hard. Enjoy.
you didnt need to buy those distribution blocks since the capacitor itself can be used as a distribution block. the bolts should be long enough to take on 2 wire ring terminals on each side. the caps are also too far away from the amp, you want them 3 to 5 inches away or they just end up as a distribution block with volt meter and lights. even if the lights dont dim anymore what you need to monitor is what the voltage your amp is getting. get a volt meter and hook it up directly to your amps power and ground source. dont go under 12.6v or you will end up blowing something. you should also do the big 3 with the extra wires you have
Hey just wonder I don't read from my aml volts wize but we do drop volts from 14.4 to 12 around when slamming I belove its the reading on the front battery and the back battery combined
To my understanding, i thought that by hooking-up a amp capacitor helps stop your car lights from dimming. I have installed a capacitor in my car and still my car lights dims whenever it hits hard. Very simple setup. Any suggestions please? Setup Kicker 46CXA4001T CXA400.1 400w KICKER CompR 10"(25cm) Subwoofer Belva BB1D 1.0 Farad Car Audio Power Capacitor
Good clean job bru.
Appreciate it

What do you mean the big 3?
@@saysimon9932enlarged battery positive, negative, and alternator to positive wire. You can find good videos on how to do it on UA-cam.

Yeah he wasted 2 distribution blocks.
Deff hitting you up for this haha!!
I need to be in FL asap.
Is that a diode or resistor?
I got a question when u say negative cable, r u talking about the ground
Yeah, they're the same to me.

You need at least a 3 farad capacitor, bigger and better
The remote for the capacitor, where does it connect to?
There is no remote needed.
before installing this hybrid capacitor, did the lights dim because of the bass?
Yeah it did. Fixed the dimming but I still get a small RPM drop.
this capacitor is great. Do you have an original alternator or is it stronger than it should be in the car? @n54andmore56
Do you have an additional battery or just the stock one? @n54andmore56
Are you using a converter since your using your original head unit?
No this is an aftermarket head unit by Boss, that came amp ready. I'll be upgrading soon.
What you mean a converter?
zajebiste, też tak zrobię
What kind of wire are you using Zero gauge
Yeah, it is the best.
Do you have to have the remote wire
Yeah, that's what turns the amp on when the radio comes on.
I’m asking a question do I need to hook up the remote wire to the capacitor
WY does my capacitor stay on
Is it hooked up correctly?
Ok thank you
Yeah got it to the battery to the capacitor and to the Amp and the ground is to the truck to the capacitor and to the Amp
Helps out a lot my headlights don't blink anymore and the inside lights are not blinking anymore
Bruh if am used 2amps did need 2 capacitor?
Nah 1 should be good. 2 can put too much strain on your alternator.
@@n54andmore56 thanks 😊 🙏
