I had Laparascopic with the Davinci Robot 4 days ago. Being put under seems to really mess with your body processes. Ice 20 min on 20 min off seemed to really help, also lots of slow walking. Took no oxy just some IBU starting day 2 not much pain. Day 3 washed with a wash cloth. Thanks a lot for taking the time to tell us what you went through it really helps. My recovery instructions i still think were a bit vague.
You're very welcome. Davinci Robot, that sounds next level, are you in America?. Not taking Oxy was one of best decisions I made, it's alarming the lack of useful information given to patients. Speedy recovery my friend.
Ya I am in America. My wife really helped out a lot especially the first 2 days. A garbage grabber also helps so much, I am constantly dropping things.
@purplewormcake1993 I used high strength CBD oil to ease me into a better sleep as the painkillers just make me sick. I'm doing well mate, testicle pain gone, bit of fluid still remains but no lt a problem, working on my feet & training too,all good brother.
Nice video. I had key hole mesh surgery 9 days ago. I feel your pain. went off the strong meds after 5 days because of constipation. Like you. The swelling was bad, a bawbag like a turnip. And the fear of tearing stitches whilst moving. Wishing you a speedy recovery 💪🏴
Hey brother 💪🏻, all the best to you & your recovery. I'm 2 months post surgery now, core feels strong now, still some way to go but getting there. Bawbag has reduced by about 50% so hopefully by summer I'll be a normal man once more 🤣
I'd rate the pain about a 6. It's totally manageable without strong pain killer's. It's the kind of pain that is sore when you move but not a problem when at rest. I only took 2 paracetamol per day the whole process. All the best.

What would you rate the pain out of 10 through out the early stages of surgery? Is it bearable without any medications except paracetamol? Thank you
