No problem, will be making an update video soon. Yeah I was full if dread to my friend , its a very natural emotion. I got my doctor to prescribe 1 dose of anti anxiety medicine for the day of surgery. That took the edge off my fear.
Had mine 2 weeks ago. Fear not. Far worse would be having to spend the rest of your life with the discomfort of a hernia. There has been a small amount of pain I would really describe as discomfort. You will soon learn how to move gently in the first days to alleviate any discomfort. I was around and eating sandwiches an hour after the surgery and home 4 hours after. After you have recovered you will wonder what all the hoo haa was about. Get well soon best wishes.
