There's salt on basically everything we folk eat. Be it a small, or large amount of sodium. Salt is also good for you in the right quantities; Helps maintain appropriate blood & tissue fluids in one's body. So, quiet buzz kill. It's still healthier than going to McDonald's... wow. 🙄

Fried food is not healthy.you can take one tsp oil one day.over consumption is not good
Coconut oil, olive oil,is good for health
Using extra virgin oil is healthy, corn healthy, bit of salt is healthy!!
